Ossume and his sous chef were wonderful. We had a dinner for my parents' 50th Anniversary. We asked him to cook items that were probably not the norm - Oysters Rockefeller, Beef Wellington. OMG wonderful! Not one complaint. My parents are typically very picky and they loved everything. Absolutely recommend this company.

My focus is great experiences. I have many services to offer such as food ( different cuisines such as, italian, creole, spanish ), decor, amongst other things. The majority of my career has been in fine dining as a chef in restaurants. I will create a custom menu for you, and tailor your event to your needs and more. I only get on thumbtack twice a day in the morning 9a.m. and evening 10p.m. So please have patience if you are requesting services. Thank you and I look forward to serving you.

Chef O helped make my husband’s 50th birthday dinner a roaring success! The food was very flavorful, he was kind enough to serve us the food as we sat around the dinner table and he even cleaned the kitchen after he prepared the food. He was a very nice, personable guy as well. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to book with him again.

Chef O was able to pull together an awesome brunch for our Mom’s 80th birthday! I found him with less than 2 weeks before the event and let me tell you it was the best brunch ever! Chef O is unreal! From the crab cakes, cobb salad, tenderloin, potatoes, green beans and creme brûlée - everything was impeccable. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone over and over again! Just hire him now. I promise you won’t regret it!

Chef Ossume is amazing. He and his assistant provided beyond full service for our Birthday Brunch. He is easy to talk to and prepared quality entrees. I am excited to work with him again. He was also mindful of cleanliness and social distances. He is a class act. I happily endorse Chef Ossume. Try his hearty crab cakes, spring mix and remoulade sauce; tasty chicken and waffles; and pastries and fresh pressed dark roast coffee. You will not be disappointed.
