We enlisted this service for a “deep clean” of our home, specifically emphasizing baseboards and door jams. The employee was polite and professional in her demeanor, and while windows and other surfaces were cleaned sufficiently, every baseboard and door jam looked virtually untouched despite paying several hundred dollars for over a full day’s worth of cleaning (see photos). My wife and I were forced to redo every baseboard/door jam ourselves overs several hours ourselves, a process that simply required elbow grease and attention to detail. This was a very disappointing result, and simply not up to par for the professional cleaning service we expected or paid for.

The housekeeper sent to us by Ewa's Touch was by far the best I've ever encountered. She was a pro at cleaning, used safe products, did the work quickly and thoroughly, and was a delightful person to be around. She taught me some things I'll carry with me about how to clean, and I look forward to working with her again. Ewa handled the arrangements exceptionally well, too. Eva is a liar! She called me and I confirmed her to come. Then she sends me a text and tells me Chloe and her sister will come. I paid her $270. They missed the bathroom exhaust fan and a few other spots so now landlord will not give me back my sec deposit. I have a mesg from Eva that she will fix everything but she lied and did not respond to my mesg or my landlord’s I want my money back! Now my landlord wants to hire a licensed cleaner to get this job done I was wrong to trust Eva Thanks!
