Exact LLCs work extremely professional. He was courteous and well-prepared. I highly recommend his services.
A great job well done. Appreciate the prompt response time and timely work putting together two large pieces of equipment! Definitely a pro on gym equipment and will ask back for maintenance or any more equipment in the future.
I would choose all five of the things about working with Heath! He was great and easy to work with. We were able to get scheduled within a day and have our equipment moved to the facility and set up. He also provided an amazing recommendation for other equipment. Highly recommend him!
Would absolutely recommend. Great communication, punctual and efficient.
If I could give Heath more than 5 stars, I would! He was so great to work with. Knowledgeable, responsive, quick, and thorough. He was able to find some issues with the equipment we purchased and repair it while installed. Highly recommend!
Heath was great! He came ready to work and got the job done much better than I could have done it myself.
Heath, did outstanding work. His communication and follow-up is very professional. Showed up on time and completed the work himself in the same amount of time that other companies told me it would take 2 technicians. I definitely, will use him again and refer him to friends and family.
Showed up on time. Assembled my Pilates reformer in about an hour and it was a very high-end reformer, meaning it was complicated. Heath offered to remove the old reformer for us. All in all, very personable and professional guy. I highly recommend Exact LLC/Heath.
They did a fantastic job! Would definitely use them again!
