Reviews
I’d recommend Exact ProWash, but I’ll start w the room for improvement: it took a while to hear back initially from the company and on the day of service they arrived 4 hours late. Wasn’t a big deal, but I would have liked for them to communicate the lateness. The good: my exterior needed some TLC and when Jay arrived, he did an outstanding job and was very thorough. The process they used was very efficient and left my house spotless. I would do business with them again.
They did a great job on my very clogged gutters and shedding was simple and easy. Definitely recommend.
The whole process was very smooth, from scheduling to payment. Got pictures of work completed, text messages as reminders and had zero friction during the whole process. I would definitely use them again next time I need
Michael responded within minutes and was at my house within three hours to complete the job. He was so efficient and did a great job on the project.
Very professional, responsive and communicative, great work, quick service, and a very fair price! Will use again! :-)
The crew did excellent work, my house looks like new.
They did a good job cleaning out and flushing my gutters. I will be calling them for future jobs.
Very professional
Great group of men that came. Very professional, on time, detailed and dedicated.
When hiring to have the home pressure washed make sure you ask if they do the windows and pressure wash the entire house. They did not do the top of the house. It is a 2 story home. This particular company does not do windows as well so I used windex and a towel and wiped the window frame ... picture provided. I feel if windows are additional that should have been offered as an additional cost. I don’t know anyone that would have the outside of their home cleaned and not want the frames of the windows done as well. They did come back out to redo the gutters... picture provided below is the after picture from the first trip. The part of the home and garage that was eye level was done properly..,picture below. The garage was the best part of the job. If only my home was the size of the garage I’d be pleased. He said he used degreaser and other things but the dirt would not come off but I was able to use windex and get it clean so idk. I only used the windex just to see. Had I used actual cleaning products just imagine. I have another company coming out so just be sure to do your homework and ask questions. I was not expecting a sparkling brand new home but I expected better than this. I would have paid more money to have it done correctly the first time.
Brent was professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Brent!
Terry and his crew were fantastic. Did a great job cleaning my roof and gutter. Highly recommend them
