To be able to work with Alex and Juan was really a true pleasure. Alex was the one that I spent most of the time with. The most interesting part of this whole situation was when the estimates came in from the other companies, including Extreme. One company came in at $10,900. Another company came in at $11,900. I mentioned this to Alex, and he said that mostly the other countries were ready to increase their square footage prices. Alex and one chose not to raise their prices. I have a three section flat roof stucco home. The first section was done by Sunrise roofing and cost me approximately $8600. I still had to do the other two sections and they were approximately 1300 ft.². Extreme construction quoted me a total price of $8500 to do the last two sections. They did not increase their prices per square footage like all the other companies did that I talked to. They wanted my business and now they have it. They’re the most honest, hard-working group of people I have met. They are not just a roofing company, but a general construction company as well. I have other plans for outside of my home and will be using Exceed Construction for those projects. If I had to rate them on a scale of one to 10, they would definitely be a 15.
A little late on the response, but the workers were early and did a good job. I would recommend Exceed Construction for small jobs. They gave me discount because of the slight tardiness.
Communication poor. Two chances and disappointed both times, After the fact asked for our address, which they had already! Pleasant, but not reliable.
My experience with Exceed Construction left me with the impression that they are the best of two worlds - a local, family business mixed with an established big company, with all the professional standards. Work was punctual, attentive, and satisfying- as was the price. Juan and his crew never said “no” to us, and worked to accommodate our schedules and expectations. We hired them for one job and just kept asking them back for other projects- they are experts of outside construction and renovation and were happy to help. Thank you Exceed, for making our home improvement projects painless and an overall rewarding experience. Thank you for reading.
They were always on time and explained step by step what they were going to do. They did a fantastic job. Very reasonable. I would use them again/
Great contractor to work with/hire. Fair pricing and good work. Had to repaint my garage door trim and get HOA off my back. Look forward to hiring Exceed again in the future.
Personable people, fair price, great work, all-around FANTASTIC experience!
The initial meeting with the project management team, the estimate review, and the scheduling of the work went smoothly. The work crews arrived on schedule, kept the project area clean, and completed the work efficiently and quickly. The project also included new stucco, new awnings, trim, and paint for the house. Having one contractor and management team to accomplish this project was a plus.
These guys are great!

They offer exceptional value and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the process. We needed the job completed quickly, and they delivered beyond expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to fix their roof or putting a new roof PostLove LLC Anna G
By doing what they said they were going to do
Really Good Work!! Exceed Construction patched a hole in my stucco from where an old electrical service had been removed. Contacted them on Thursday, had a quote on Friday, and work was completed on Tuesday. The price was very reasonable and there was no hassle. Will definitely use Exceed Construction again!
Had a great experience with Juan and his team. He was timely and professional, the quote detailed and fair, and the crew cleaned up everything after. Glad to have chosen Exceed.
