Lalo showed up to give me an estimate for a whole central air unit replacement. Excel Air responded quickly and Lalo gave me a few estimates after doing a thorough inspection and a heat load calculation to confirm what I needed.
Ishmael was my technician today and he was great! Arrived on time and well prepared, read my home inspection report and explained the HVAC notes, then quickly maintainced the AC unit and showed me how to replaced the air filter.
Excel was great, my only regret is that I didn't know about the 4% upcharge if using a dbuy card, which was same as cash. 298.00 extra for me.
Fantastic job , I had my entire AC SYSTEM & furnace replaced. The team was efficient and professional & very knowledgeable! Would highly recommended!
From the initial contact to the job quote to the completed work Excel is the best. Lalo who quoted the job was professional, thorough and detailed. Able to schedule and complete the full HVAC replacement the next. By far the best price esp with the quality of the equipment installed and the quality of work performed.
The whole team was extremely professional...from my initial contact and throughout the installation. They were friendly, punctual and accommodating. I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of HVAC!!!
This has been one of the best experiences so far. Lalo and his crew did an exceptional job of communicating and completing this mini-split install in my garage. They answered all my questions in a timely matter and provide a premium product for a good value. The install crew was very mindful of our newly epoxied garage floors and cleaned up the entire sight when complete. We are extremely happy with the equipment (Daikin) and the finished install. We would definitely recommend them and keep them on speed dial for future projects!
From start to finish Excel Air did an excellent job replacing our air conditioner unit (condenser, coil etc). Communication was quick and consistent before, during and after install. Pricing was fair and did not try to oversell. Jorge was great, walking us through the entire process. Highly recommend!
Good service and willing to make the customer happy. Thank you
