They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and made the entire moving process smooth and STRESS-FREE. Frank and his crew especially Saul, Henry and Devil Dawg Dave are one of the best and hard working movers we’ve ever had the honor of hiring. They are professional cast of characters with knowledge of the moving game after years of working together as a team. They are quick and a master of Tetris and also uninstalled and rebuild our bed frames and washer/ dryer hookup. Would definitely hire again and will be on top of my list of recommendations. Thanks Frank and the fellas for a job well done!

Saw the reviews, but still gave them a chance! I was already skeptical, but when I started receiving texts the day before with conflicting booking info. I figured things would fall through. DO NOT BOOK FOR RELIABLE service.
Everything about our experience was terrible and unprofessional. First we were told that we would have a 26’ moving truck and 3 guys. For a 3 bedroom, 1800sq ft house we were quoted 5-6 hours at $105/hr. I agreed and we set the date. They showed up with a 16’ truck and right away I knew I had made a mistake. 2 of the movers did a good job, and the third mover looked like he was 15 years old and had zero experience in moving. I paid for 3 movers, and we only got 2.5. By the time they moved all of our stuff, it had taken 12 hours, DOUBLE the initial estimate. I understand we may have had more stuff than expected, but still from a 6 hour quote to 12 hours. At the end of the day he tried charging me $1200. I had to negotiate and get the price down which was very frustrating. Had they showed up with 3 experiences movers and a 26’ truck, the move would have taken 6-7 hours max. That wasn’t even the worst part. Almost every piece of furniture that was moved was damaged. All of my bedroom furniture was badly scratched from not protecting it in the move. One of my night stands is damaged beyond repair. I have 2 newer couches, and both were damaged and got very dirty from the movers. My 2 year old daughters Pottery barn bookshelf and dresser were badly damaged. I can not believe how bad they did. Very sad to have so many pieces of furniture damaged. It will cost thousands to replace or repair the furniture. My wife is extremely upset! Beware of these guys, they are not professional movers.
This was my first time using Thumbtack for anything and I decided to use it for my move across LA. I have a feeling I will use Exclusive Moves every single time I move going forward. Their rate was FAR more competitive than others. Pre-move, there wasn’t a ton of communication so I was nervous that it wasn’t real. But then they texted the morning of and showed up EXACTLY on time. Absolutely amazing - that’s never happened to me w movers. They proceeded to move my entire apt to a new house. They did everything with incredible professionalism and truly soooo so so efficiently. By the end, when the bill came it was lower than what we could have imagined because there were NONE of the stupid extra charges (double drive time, etc) and they were so efficient (and by the way, good, nice guys). THEY ARE THR BEST MOVERS EVER. Told all of my friends immediately. DONT WASTE ANOTHER SECOND WITH ANY OTHER MOVERS YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!!!!!
Wow! The best moving experience of my life. This crew was amazing; they were fast, careful, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I originally needed them to just move all my big stuff, but they were so fast they just did the entire apartment. Exclusive movers loaded and unloaded my 1 bedroom apartment in 3 hours!!! Insane, and it would have been faster if I wasn't in the way. Thank you guys so much for the peace of mind. I will ONLY recommend Exclusive movers to my friends, coworkers, and family. Thanks for being so responsive Frank. They also wore masks to be Coronavirus friendly.
I don’t take reviews lightly, but if I could give a ZERO, I would. This was a move time scheduled for 5 am. The entire set of moving events for the day was based around MOVERS THAT SHOW UP. These guys texted 20 minutes before ARRIVAL that the movers “flaked”, which apparently meant no one was going to be showing up. I tried texting back, emailing, calling, messaging thru Thumbtack. NOT ONE returned call or message. No Communication to let me know if move time was delayed, cancelled, anything. So disheartening. I was very polite. Before getting too upset, I even considered that perhaps there had been a medical emergency that prevented any courtesy or professionalism on their part. But I guess I will never know. Despite no less than 15 attempts to reach them over the course of the day, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER RETURNED ANY MESSAGES. What a huge disappointment.
Frank and his crew did a fantastic job! In the past I’ve been let down by so many living companies, but I was pleasantly surprised with their punctuality, energy and the size of their truck and team. They packaged our big furniture up with blankets and plastic wrap and put it all in place when they arrived at the final location. Our couch wouldn’t fit up the stairs and they took the legs apart and reassemble it upstairs! Great work ethic and no surprise hidden fees! I’ll recommend them to everyone and use them again if and when I ever move! Totally worth their price .... good movers are hard to find, but o found them!
