Driver arrived ahead of schedule and was flexible with waiting while we prepared the bride and groom for their exit from their wedding ceremony. He had a small LED banner welcoming the bride and groom by name which was a great touch. The couple told me he was very kind and provided great service during the ride.
Every detail worked out perfect. We couldn't have a better day and it started with getting picked up by Reggie. The car was immaculate and his driving was very comforting. I wouldn't hesitate for a second using him again.
The overall experience and hospitality was unmatched. My wife and I booked for our farewell after our wedding, and it was great. A red carpet was put down as well as roses and champagne. 10/10 Must Recommend
Reggie was punctual and very courteous. I loved the birthday aesthetics that were provided. However, I expected ballons as a part of the package but there were none. Also, the contact information needs updating along with the ability to pay via the moovs site did not work. Otherwise, it was a good experience and thoroughly enjoyed by the birthday girl.
Executive Luxury Services failed to show up at the airport to pick up my friends and family. I called the driver when I arrived and he said he had no idea he was scheduled pick us up, even though we had a confirmation message from the company several days before. I had to figure out how to get a ride back with 2 screaming 2 year olds (each requiring car seats) and a weeks worth of luggage. We ended up getting home several hours after their bedtime. It was a nightmare. The company was apologetic, and the owner told me he would make it right. I understand that mistakes happen, including hiring a flakey driver. But then I was ghosted without a refund, even after I (nicely, considering the circumstances) told him everything I had to go through. See image below of our chat history. I would absolutely not recommend Executive Luxury Services after this experience.
Reggie was very professional, punctual and communicated effectively. He had great when there was a delay in getting out baggage, he informed me of the added charges for his wait time immediately. I would recommend this service to anyone, and definitely use them again!
Mr. Reggie was a really nice chauffeur. Anything I needed he was always quick with response. I would highly recommend this one. Hospitality was great !
