Ally and her team did an absolutely excellent job coordinating our wedding! Ally was really effective at wrangling the different people involved during the ceremony and made sure everybody knew what they needed to during the rehearsal. As a result, the ceremony went off without a hitch. Additionally, the team ensured the space looked beautiful ahead of the event and they kept everything on schedule. Overall an excellent value and I can’t recommend them enough!

We had our wedding at the Arizona Biltmore last week, and Ally and Maddie were truly lifesavers! Not only did they help us stay within budget, but they also gave me so much valuable advice and practical tips for saving money—things I never would have thought of as a bride. I always considered myself pretty organized, but on the wedding day, everything was just so hectic—so many unexpected hiccups, and it was easy to lose focus. My dad’s tux went missing, my husband’s vest button popped off, and hair & makeup ran behind schedule. But thanks to Ally and Maddie’s incredible support, everything came together beautifully. They handled every issue seamlessly, kept us calm, and made sure we could truly enjoy our special day. We couldn’t have done it without them! Highly, highly recommend! 💕✨ The best part of my wedding? We recently had a backyard wedding with about 50 guest, and initially, thought we could do it on our own. About a month before the wedding, we decided to hire Ally and Exhale Events and it was the best choice of the entire process! We wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our day nearly as much without them - they arrived early in the morning to help us with our rehearsal, helped set up our tables, and told us exactly where to be and when to be there. They welcomed all of the vendors, something I’m not sure how I would have done myself considering my husband and I were getting ready at the time of their arrival. They kept us on a timeline and thought of things I never would have thought of. At one point, I realized I had forgotten my bouquet and before I could turn around to get it, Ally was walking outside with it in her hand for me. This is just one example of how on top of everything they were. They truly thought of everything before I could stress about it. We had a perfect day and could not recommend them more!

Ally, the owner of Exhale Events is a gem. A true perfectionist and a detail-oriented Godsend - especially for people like me, who have a specific vision, but are a bit overwhelmed when it comes to coordinating everything. I came to her asking for help for my 40th birthday. My vision was to deck out a lounge as a Miami-Vice themed, elegant 80's club theme. I also didn't want to break the bank...I had ordered a lot of things on my own, but when I called her she was an excellent listener, asked the right questions, and then met all my needs and obtained rental items I needed that were on-track with my budget. She coordinated with my DJ, banquet manager, etc. and also kept me in the loop always (as I am OCD about certain details). I do wish she could have been there to run my actual party, as I did need someone to act as a point person that day (and ended up having issues with some of the timing, the dj, etc.) But her assistants were there and set up my decor in a great way & did the best they could. A very fun, pastel/neon/80's- chic party was the end result. You may be a little surprised at first by Ally's youth, but believe me- she knows what she's doing. Highly recommend. This is a business that will only get better.

Me and my fiancé had planned our last minute wedding in a month and a half and knew that we would need a day of coordinator to help out. After talking to Ally I knew that I could trust her and her assistant Amanda.. they did absolutely AMAZING and had made everything feel smooth sailing on the day of our wedding, I will definitely go through Exhale Events for all future events!!
