Reviews
These guys did such a remarkable job I’m so thankful for finding them
Craig responded immediately to my request for a quote. After reviewing the valve leak issue, Friday, February 20, 2026, he provided a couple of solutions that were fair and timely. I was going to have him replace the valves and in the future provide the timer. He advised that he could do that but it would be wasting money as he would have to replace the valves again. I went with replacing the entire pipe/valves and add the timer. He completed the work Monday, February 23 that was beyond my expectations. His professionalism, honesty, expertise, and his overall attitude won me over. Craig is now my go to guy for all irrigation needs. I highly recommend!
Craig was great, came when he said he would, his work was clean and neat and hewas very polite and professional. Highly recommend and will hire again.
Craig and Alex are young professional entrepreneurs and tickled to have located them on thumbtack. Highly recommend for any sprinkler system issue. Thanks Gents!
Horrible BEWARE Craig comes off as a professional nice person. DO NOT PAY HIM WITH ZELLE OR CASH. I hired Craig, he gave me a price of $2,500 with worst case scenario. He showed up for 2 days than vanished after I payed him with zelle $925. He than message me Sunday stating he was sorry and that he would come Monday. I said ok let’s see if he can finish this job and be done with it. Next thing I get a call from his friend stating that Craig can not do the job anymore because he does not know how to complete it. I was confused as his business is called “expert irrigation”. His friend told me to complete the job would be $4,000. Not what I was expecting. Craig than calls me to tell me that I owe him money for installing the pump which does not work! I told him if he can complete the job like he said that I will. He than came to my house without my permission ( trespassing as the police are making a report and I am going to settle this with the law) cut out the pump and left. Thank god I have him on video as evidence for the police. Please please do not hire or if you choose to please be home end DO NOT PAY WOTH ZELLE OR CASH please save yourself a headache from the crook Craig.
Craig was very quick in response and straight forward with work. Installed a new irrigation pump and timer along with fixing some sprinkler heads. I like his work culture and transparency. Would like to work with him again. Thanks Craig.
The owner broke my sprinkler system and now refuses to call me back. For two days now he has failed to arrived for scheduled appointments to repair the system. My system is now draining watery which I can’t stop.
I do not recommend this pro, Vindictive after paying $70 for a bad job still cashes the check and kept bashing, finally picked up his check valve and picked the check, despite given no value and admitting in his reply that he didn't fix the issue.. Sad, a self-centered and bad business man. Thi s service is over priced, spends 1/2 hour and charges for full hour, says that pipes are $10 and then charges $35. Suggest to change Check valve, my previous check valve worked the same, problem wasn't fixed. Took pump to repair and now refuses to do a refund on a check valve, threatnes with attorneys.. Mr. Pro charged $265 to change a check and refuses to fix the issue. Mr. Craig keeps calling & texting you, and nagging and nagging asking for payment and the problem is not fixed, disappointing. Be careful, your bill will skyrocket quickly with this individual and will harass you like a debt collector over phone or text.
Craig and his team did a fantastic job with our system. I called another company that said We needed a new pump ( which was impossible for them to know because the system had NO power), but when Craig showed up he did a proper diagnosis we then connected the power and got to the real issue. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM, IN FACT I ALREADY DID!
