Mark was extremely helpful. I needed to have my driveway and patio pressure washed and wanted to have it done within 5-6 days. He found a time for me, then the person who was supposed to do it didn’t arrive. I called Mark, and that person had called out ill. Mark found someone else to do the job, and I was very grateful. My driveway and patio look great.
My 1 concern was the gentleman who was here didn’t understand English- he spoke Russian. I had a concern about one of the downspouts not flowing very well. He motioned he cleaned it. I still have a concern about the one downspout After putting this on Thumbtack, I was contacted by Mark. He came out and personally and checked out my downspouts. I was very much impressed with his responsiveness and wanting to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Thank you, Mark!!
Responded quickly and they were able to clean our gutters the next day. They did a great job.
Cedar roof looks new. Work done was thorough and efficient.
The crew did a good job over two very hot days. This included gutter brightening, which was accomplished except for one section (due to a misunderstanding). When this was pointed out. The crew came back and disposed of the problem quickly.
Panels look great. Workers were very nice, and work was done very quickly. They even cleaned our skylight.
Professional and efficient service! Needed one reschedule due to customer demand but was rescheduled and job completed earlier than promised!
Excellent!
On time and cleared the downspout obstructions. Friendly and professional, easy company to work with and I will hire again.
Competitive price for a tough job. Our house is nestled amongst a bunch of old pines, has a very steep roof and was covered in thick moss. They did a great job cleaning and treating our roof!
Excellent work! My back patio is looks amazing. They work with you every step of the way and the communication is outstanding—highly recommend!
Was notified of late arrival after I texted him. Would have liked to have a more proactive heads up. Job well done.
Great to work with. Very cordial and professional. Will definitely utilize again and recommend to others.
They responded very promptly & had a quick full estimate for me. However, because of unforeseen issue, did not hire them.
Very professional good quality work..would hire again for home maintenance work.
My New Roof Experts! They exceeded my expectations and are true to their craft.
Great service at a fair price. Highly communicative and team was responsive too
Don't be rude to your customer who pays their bill less than 24hours after job completion. Don't lie to your customer saying my phone was disconnected. that is a pure lie. My phone wasn't disconnected. stated calling me multiple times, another lie. I didn't receive any phone calls. Don't lie to customers just to cover your mistake. Mark shouldn't work in his position, didn't even know how to sincerely apologize. I will remember and let everyone I know not to do business with this company.
The 2 guys that showed up were great with their communication the only problem I have is they really didn’t clean up after themselves. They blew the moss around and left all the big pieces. I have moss debris all over my grills and piles out front. It wasn’t until I offered up my payment and tip did the cleanup really begin. With that said I know it’s all natural and will return to the earth in due time. I would use these guys again just based on the job completed. They also attached 2 fall arrest anchors to my roof for “free” and replaced 4 shingles I had missing at no cost. (I provided the shingles and nails).
