I am extremely happy with the work! Check out the photos I added. This was an urgent matter. Water was getting in and ruining the ceiling. Donald and his company responded very quickly, did what they could do in the rain and by noon the next day the work was complete. We received an estimate for a roofing project and were pleasantly pleased with Mr. Johnson's courteous explanation of what was needed for the project. I would feel comfortable recommending his company to others.
Clean the stone porch before you seal it. They sealed in garbage, dirt and pigeon feathers, which we can’t get to now. They also put horrendous-looking caulking on parts of the stone. Fortunately, that is just coming off on its own. Finally, they didn’t actually fix the original water issue. These guys are not qualified for decks/patios. Stick to the roofing I guess.

Follow up to this post- since this message, Donald took care of the roof, worked with my GC to correct the concerns, and assured me of the warranty coverage, making me aware that he will be responsive if any additional problems arise. At this time, I am satisfied and hopeful that there will be no more problems.
Expert Roofing did a phenomenal job of patching, sealing, and installing a new covering on my roof. They were very responsive and helpful with my needs and provided good insight on what I needed to fix the wear and tear on my aging roof. After struggling with scheduling with another another company, Expert Roofing was able to accept a previous quote I had for repair and was able get the work done immediately! I will definitely consider using this company again for any future roofing needs!

Donald and his crew came to my home to fix my roof, they did a great job! He always kept the line of communication open, also most of all, Fair and honest!!! He even answered my questions at 6:00am!!! They worked as I slept and I couldn’t hear a thing!!! The work was put to the test right after! As it stormed!!! No more leaks!!! Thanks a million!!! I wasn’t even going to write a review about my experience, because I washed my hands of it. That was until Hurricane Isaias. The owner of this company came out and said that my roof could not be repaired, and could only be replaced. He then repeatedly told my boyfriend and I that he could replace the small roof over what used to be the porch of my home. He drew up a contract, which I reviewed and tweaked. It stated that he would “repair all damaged sections of the roof, to install all new roofing materials and guarantee prevention of future water damage for years” pursuant to a 5 year warranty. He pushed the start date back THREE times, at the last minute. When he finally showed up, he started over 1.5 hours late. On top of that, they didn’t start doing actually work until another 2 hours after they arrived. That was when I looked out the bedroom window to see a Black repair patch on the roof. At that point, we asked him about the “replacement” of the roof he promised. That’s when he told us that he was only doing a repair. We then reminded him that he stated the roof could NOT be repaired, and only replaced. He was still going to charge the same $700 for this. He immediately launched into “well we can leave now,” as if they hadn’t planned on doing the full, complete, and contracted job to begin with. So we decided that we couldn’t trust the business, and asked how much we owed. The owner DECLINED any payment, and then said that the repair he did fixed the leak and we wouldn’t have any issues. I insisted on partial payment, and he again denied any payment. This happened REPEATEDLY. We got off the phone... and at that point, he texted to ask me for $150 to pay his guy. Why would you decline orally, but then ask for money in written text? That’s sneaky and bad business practice! From now on, I deal in writing ONLY. You should too. I sent him the $150 on PayPal and made it clear that it was accord and satisfaction for the whole contract. That would have been fine... except now the leak is even WORSE. The inside ceiling is now peeling off and it’s dripping all over the bathroom. I’m now waiting to pay an HONEST roofing company to fix my roof. Do not book this company. Period. No ifs, ands, or buts. Don’t even bother subjecting yourself to a bait and switch, and more damage to your home.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star, don't hire this company. They start the job and don't finish. It has now been over 3 weeks and our tenants' roof is still leaking. From the 2 pictures they sent us, it looks like a terrible job. They "guaranteed" the roof for 10 years, but have already been back 3 times and it still leaks. Job should have been done correctly the first time. Don't hire this "company" unless you want a headache that doesn't go away.
