Hello, Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you looked into the matter and spoke with the movers. However, I am disappointed by the overall experience I had with your company. I paid over $1,200 for this move, which was significantly more than I had anticipated. Despite that, there were several issues with the service. My heavy dresser was left in the garage even though it was supposed to be moved upstairs into my bedroom. Multiple boxes and belongings were left in rooms where they did not belong, creating additional work for me after an already stressful move. I also observed that a great deal of time was spent wrapping nearly every item in plastic wrap rather than using moving blankets, which I expected would have provided better protection for my belongings during transport. Unfortunately, after continuing to unpack, I discovered that my Japanese ceramic garden stool had been severely damaged. The damage was not immediately visible because it remained wrapped after the move, so I did not discover it until I finally unpacked it. I immediately documented the damage with photographs and video and sent them to your company. While I understand that the movers do not recall damaging the item, the fact remains that it arrived at my new home broken. After inspecting it carefully, the damage is extensive. The stool has multiple structural cracks through the ceramic body, and because of the nature of the damage, it cannot be restored to its original condition. This is not simply cosmetic damage. Given the circumstances, I respectfully ask that your company resolve this matter by compensating me for the loss of my Japanese garden stool. I believe this is a fair request considering the damage occurred during the move and the other service issues I experienced. I hope we can resolve this directly and amicably without the need for any further action. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

The team arrived on time and the worked extremely hard for 6-7 hours. They were so careful with all my possessions--this is the first time I've moved where nothing got broken. They padded/shrink-wrapped my furniture to ensure nothing got scratched at no extra charge. They were fantastic and I would definitely use this company again.
