Great work; responsive, timely, and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Of 7 contacted contractor companies 2 responded, but only 1 showed up: Fernando with Express Builders. He texted quickly, gave an up-front reasonable estimate based off a photo, was available the next day, gave a heads up he'd be a little earlier than expected, finished the work quickly, sent photos, and was able to send me a payment link when I couldn't physically be there. He made this repair run so much more smoothly than I expected. I appreciate working with him.

Promptly responded. Quickly fixed the siding issue. Built it better than before so the problem won’t happen again. Very happy with his work. I would hire again.
He did an excellent job, was kind and worked fast. Would definitely rehire.
We just needed a small job (small section of gutter downspout replaced and some soffits re-secured to the eaves). Express Builders arrived exactly on time, and not only did they replace the downspout section, they went beyond sealing and resecuring the gutter section to the room and braced it so that it wouldn't fall off again. After re-securing the soffits, they went step by step to explain each step and point out every piece of their work. They even re-secured soffits that I didn't notice were in need of it. My wife and I were thrilled by the attention to detail, and this company has certainly earned our repeat business.
We were so happy with the work that was done by the team!! Our house unfortunately has had a lot of ongoing issues with water from not being built properly when it was flipped in 2024, so when we were able to fix a decent chunk of the problem we were tickled pink! We had the siding of part of the house removed, that was getting continuous water damage, all untreated moldy wood removed, Tyvek put up this time, wood replaced, metal sheeting put on at the bottom near the original stone foundation (1890s limestone mortar), and siding put back on properly this time. we are so pleased with the work that was completed and we will definitely be hiring again in the future if needed. great job guys!!!
I would highly recommend. They were easy to communicate, punctual, friendly.
Express Builders LLC knocked it out of the park. They came out quickly, honored their original quote with no surprises, and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Fast, honest, and high quality work — exactly what you want from a contractor. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future repairs or a full replacement down the road. Highly recommend!
Fernando and his man did an amazing job on fixing the fascia on the side of my house. they came on time and the job was completed in less than 2 hours. i would definitely use his company again. thank you Fernando
Express Builders LLC did an amazing job on my house installing Vinyl soffit under the roof. The entire crew worked fast and efficiently very polite. . I will highly recommend them for future projects. In fact my neighbor are going to use them after seeing what a great job they did in my place !
Not only was the work completed quickly as with high quality, but I was also given an overview of why I was having the problem I had in the first place which was super helpful in helping me sort another repair I need.
