This company is the worst. I did not get their service for my elderly mom because I found someone better who was not over priced like this company. They decided to keep harassing my 81 year old elderly mom with on going text. I have asked them to stop texting her and they won't stop. If someone doesn't want your service move on instead of harassing an elderly lady to the point where your company is running up her blood pressure. Leave her alone!

Cristian fixed my issue and was very professional and courteous.
Even though o couldn't get my fan to screw up like it has been for a year I appreciated that he gave me several estimates for other odd jobs so I didn't feel like it was a wasted visit.
Sent the request on Monday evening and Tony was there Tuesday morning. He did a great job!! Fixed my breaker issue in just a few minutes.

Way overpriced. They estimated 10.5k for a job that 4 other electricians priced at 2-3k. It was like being told to buy a new car because you have a flat tire.

I had them stop by for a quote on a job. They showed up the same day I reached out. Everyone I spoke to was nice and polite. Really pricey, they tried to get the price down with a membership but I only needed the one job and wasn't interested in it at the time. Quoted me almost 2K to install a n outlet 5 ft from my electrical panel on the same wall. The technician seemed to think he was coming to do the work the same day, even when I told them I needed time to clear the space.
Tech was great. He was very informative and made some simple suggestions. Very patient as I was busy attending to customers. He of course fixed the problem. Great experience overall.

Terrell was a great electrical tech. Installed replacement fan/light quickly and pleasantly. Felt the invoice bill price was quite high. Old light/fan was already removed before new installation of prepurchased replacement.
All my questions, and there were a LOT, were answered, all electrical issues, and then some, were dealt with and everything is now in working order. Tony was very professional in his dealings with me, very polite, and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

Didn’t get any work done but Tony came out to give me a quote. Had I not found someone with a slightly lower charge I def woulda went wit Express. I will definitely keep them in mind for another bid if I so need one on a diff project.
