Excellent job with the composite resurfacing of our deck. Highly recommended and good quality work.
I would recommend Hector! He and his team re-did our front porch due to rot. It is very quality work and was done very promptly. I trusted Hector’s judgement and expertise on inspecting the porch to see what needed to be done and how to fix it the right way. The work looks fantastic! And it was all cleaned up perfectly after they were done. Hector is very professional and good at what he does!
Express roofing repaired my flat roof and prevented further structural damage to my house by adding a slant to the roof. They also identified and rebuilt rotted wood framing. The pricing was fair and the work was exceptional. I am planning to use them again for future projects.
I like their dedication for quality work. They explained everything that needs to be done, and they did everything that needs to be done. They showed us pictures of before and after. I highly recommend Hector and his company!
Hector gave me a lot of great information over the phone then came to my place to assess roof leak situation within 45 minutes. He was able to get people to come in the afternoon when the rain let up to fix the issue. We ended up adding metal flushing around the skylight to redirect water, properly fix a plumbing spout that was only silicate sealed before. Turns out the builder didn’t even put water barrier between roof wood and shingles around the skylight. Hector’s team fixed all of it in one afternoon. Now hopefully we won’t have a leaky roof any more. Really appreciate the fast response and fast solution!
Communicated, responsive, timely, amazing cleanup and work quality. Tore down two brick chimneys and repaired roof leaks in less than 4 hrs.
Hector & his team were exceptional. He was thorough, detailed, timely, knowledgable, & personable; he met or exceeded my expectations every step of the way! I felt like I was his one & only priority the entirety of the project. I am a high-end service business owner & have high expectations, & he treated me the way I'd treat my clients. I'd give him six stars if I could! We purchased a home in August with a "flawless" roof inspection, & then noticed what we thought was one leak coming in once the rain began. Hector identified all of the problem areas (five, total), made it very easy for me to understand what needed to be done & why, & then completed the work within days of his initial estimate, & left our home in perfect condition when it was all said & done, even sending his team back out the next day to ensure the clean up was flawless. It has since rained a ton (plus a large wind storm) & we've had the peace of mind knowing we hired Hector just in time! I have already passed on his info to family members, & will be using him as my go-to roofing expert from here on out.
Hector and his crew did a great job replacing the plywood on our deck, getting our deck up to code, and installing new stairs. Hector was easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend hiring Hector and his crew.
Thank you Hector! We love our deck! 100% recommend!
Rapid response. Great observer and explainer. Strongly recommend him.
I cannot say enough good things about Express Roofing. Hector and his crew were the best. They not only did great work replacing my deck and building my fence they were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived as promised worked, quickly using quality materials and gave me creative solutions to keep me within my set budget. They cleaned up as they went along. I would highly recommend them for any project and will certainly hire them again.
Way too expensive and they never emailed me a quote.
Best pricing we received for roof repair. Hector was also the only person to point out several errors in the original installation. For the amount of time his three man crew spent on the project, along with the quality of the finished product, we felt we got a bargain.
Hector responded to my request for a quote within a few hours and was at my house for a free quite by 9 am the next morning. After a brief conversation, I decided to work with him and, by 9 am the next morning, his crew was working on my front porch. Fast forward 48 hours and the project was pretty much done with the exception of painting since we had to wait for better weather This is an excellent pro. We are more than overjoyed at the final product. Hector even tree in some free glass railings for us that he removed from another project. Our house curb appeal has gone up significantly as a result. I would highly recommend Express Roofing and will look to them first with future projects.
We are so impressed with Hector and his crew! They were punctual, courteous, reliable, and finished the job quickly. My new deck looks amazing! We will definitely hire them again when we need our roof done or other projects on our house. Hire them, you wont be dissapointed!
I’d check all 5 categories if I could. Hector was the only contractor that did an on-site review and found repairs that needed to be done. The crew was on time, worked hard, and completed a quality cleanup. Replaced vent boots that were cracked.
Everything about Hector and his crew was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry, arrived on time and is very professional. They did repair work on my deck and cleaned and repaired my roof. They were all very nice, courteous, a pleasure to have around, did excellent work and cleaned up really well. I will definitely call them back when I decide to have both the deck and roof redone completely.
Terrific work. Great guys! So happy I chose them. Will call then if I need anything in the future.
Hector is a professional. He responded to my request within minutes, and an hour later he was already inspecting the roof. He located the problem quickly, and shared it with in real time, sending photos to my phone. When he came back down he already had a plan. We reviewed it, and agreed on a quote. We set to meet at 9:00 the next morning for execution of the plan and sure enough, he was there at 9:00 sharp. He brought everything with him, and 90 minutes later the roof was fixed, gutters cleaned, silicone applied to potential areas. He cleaned up after himself and left the house with no traces behind. I recommend. Here are the before and after.
