Really great team too work with. The productive and quality are out standing.
Steven and exterior point team is fantastic! Super responsive, quality work and the team did cleanup after the job was done! We got our 27 windows replaced and exterior point team did a fabulous job inside out! Can’t be more happy and highly recommend! Time estimates were met! No surprise costs at the end of the job and most importantly the team who did the actual job was pleasant to deal with, respectful, courteous and 5star!
I can say that the windows are well insulated. My family can feel the difference with no drafts in the bedroom , the kitchen, and living room. The workers were prompt and cleaned up very neatly. Looking forward to finish the rest of the house in the foreseeable future. Thanks, Stephen!(Sorry it took so long to respond back!)
They were extremely professional and punctual! From the first point of contact here on Thumbtack to the finished project, everything was exactly as I hoped for and more. For starters, Stephen gave an amazing presentation and addressed all our concerns and questions with such ease, I knew it was immediately the right company to go with. Also the patience he displayed as we went through all our questions to get the answers we seek. The quality of products and warranty were also another major in our decision process because they alleviated our concerns for the future. The communication was always spot-on from Stephen and our site assessor, Joel. I was kept informed of all things before, during, and after the project ended. All in all, I am beyond happy that we went with Exterior Point for such a huge project!!!! So glad we were able to find you guys here! 😊
