Gave me a time to show up and never did. Made me wait an hour and a half and never came. I sent them a message and did not get a response

Finish the job . and do what was paid to do and properly Dont say finished and leave it like did Also make if right the next day there makin me wait ovee a week ..
At the end of the day I was very happy with the work that was done! They did have to come by twice over a 3 day period to complete the work I hoped could be done in a single visit. The pricing was reasonable and competitive.
The professional came to my house, quoted a pilot light, made me pre-pay to order the part, then I never heard from them again. I called this contractor today and they said it was a subcontractor that they weren’t sure how to get ahold of. Unacceptable.
Great job explaining what was wrong with the gas unit.
EY best solutions team tackles two of my very old chimney, seal one that was no longer in use. The other I can finally use, all techs communicated to me everything that was being done step by step. I needed a full clean, sealed cracks, and rebuilding to the top. Very excited to use my fireplace!!
The tec did a great job and even showed me pictures of my chimney cap wich needs repaired
I submitted a request and quickly received a response. The work was scheduled and completed the following day. The technician improved my knowledge of gas logs. While the technician was on site, he stated all types of work they do. Which was helpful because I needed this work to be done. He was knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. He also helped clean up after the work was completed.
I had EYbest Solutions clean my chimney, and while it got done the next day and it was quick, I had to do some cleanup afterwards. They did offer some insight about the condition of my fireplace. I think the price was fair, although I didn't have time to get any other quotes.
Prompt, and efficient
Had a foul odor coming from bathroom fan. Contacted these guys and they were out the following afternoon. They were quick to diagnose the issue (dead bats) and removed, cleaned and sanitized the vent for us. Definitely recommend if you are looking for prompt friendly service at a good price.
The team at EYbest solutions responded quickly to my request, came out the next day and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. They’re communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Great service!
Very satisfied with the duct cleaning work and installation on EV light for mold prevention in outside HVAC unit. Great price. Highly recommend.
EYbest was on time, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them again.
Horrible Experience. INCOMPETENT father and son team showed up to clean dyer vent that had horrible smell coming back into dryer. I suspected a bird’s nest and dead baby birds and was correct. Our dryer vent spans a ling distance to the exterior wall and is ~ 35’ long. They tried to convince me their ~ 6 foot cleaning tool ran in both sides was sufficient to thoroughly clean the vent if the birds and years of accumulated lint. They completely bent the dryer vent piping when putting it back on and tried to convince me that it was fine and was getting good air flow which was impossible. Visit 1 resulted in a nest and 2 dead birds being pulled out. The decaying bird smell persisted and I requested they come back the next day for a a Second Visit with tool sufficiently long to clean the entire vent of the birds and lint build up. It took repeated requests for them to run the cleaner throughout the pipe. 4 more dead birds were pulled out along with lots of lint that had been left from visit 1. It is concerning and dangerous this company claims to thoroughly clean vents as well as chimneys. Both can potentially cause fires from debris build up. I Do Not Recommend this company. Lastly, they underprice and them add on a fee for what they called sanitizing the system which was a total joke that only involved spraying a little cleaner at the opening and claiming when the dryer runs it will be dispersed throughout this very long pipe and sanitize it.
