Did a thorough job, and I highly trust that they did the right things because he showed me all the debris and Dustin inside my dryer. He was able to clean out everything in the dryer. He repaired a part that I accidentally broke on the washing machine doorand got another leak diagnosed and repaired for me and straightened out the way the washer and dryer were in the laundry room. I believe it just felt like he went above and beyond to do a great job and to provide a good service.

He responded quickly, gave me a diagnostic and quote. The cost to fix my dryer with him ordering the parts was half the cost of a new dryer. Luckily I researched the possible issue and bought the replacement myself prior. However his price to fix my dryer with the replacement part I purchased was semi-fair.

Quick fix and affordable
Had trouble understanding serviceman. He turned temp so my tea in fridge froze. I had asked him to check outside freezer but we both forgot.
They responded quickly and came out the same day. I do feel I was a bit overcharged but it needed to get fixed and it was. My dryer is drying again.
Repairman was prompt, courteous, efficient, cleaned up, thorough and explained the cost of repair vs replacement of the appliance. He provided a temporary fix so there would be time to decide
If I had known that it was going to cost so much I would’ve just bought a new washer
