We got locked out of the home at 9pm and he was here within 20 minutes of calling him. He was incredibly professional and also efficient. I hope to not need a locksmith again, but if I do, it’ll be EZ I’m calling!

Niso was great! He advised me on an overall strategy that helped 2 of my doors become a lot more secure and safe. One of my locks was not up to fire code and he kindly and professionally helped me create a solution to make it safe and secure. He was prompt in his responses and was a great communicator. He installed a whole new handle and lock set on one door and re-keyed an existing deadbolt on another door to ensure a safe setup. He was friendly, professional, and efficient with his time. And he was even so sweet with my dog! Thank you, Niso!
I appreciate how respectful and timely EZ Locksmith was. I was t expecting to pay $450 for a lockout and replacement deadbolt and locking doorknob, as a single mom this really set me back. But it was 10pm and I was desperate. I’d recommend this locksmith for lockout service, care, discretion, and his professionalism. He was absolutely exceptional in his customer service. Just don’t do what I did and make sure to ask the price beforehand.
Had my lock fixed within an hour of reaching out and it works better than ever. Very secure and smooth no rubbing.
Very responsive, professional, and walked me through everything they were going to do before proceeding! Very happy with the work and will reach out again if we need something.
Niso was great! I submitted a request and within 30 minutes he was changing my locks and educating me along the way. Seamless process and high quality work. Highly recommend.
Ellie was great. Very professional and did the job very quickly. The communication was great. If I ever need anything else Ellie/EZ Locksmith will be my go to.
I had a smart deadbolt and new handle installed and the entire process was so easy. Response time was fast, showed up at 8:30 on the dot as communicated, work was very high quality, and the job was done quick. What more could you ask for? Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith, new hardware installed!
Excellent work! I was concerned about my hardwood antique doors for a keypad installation, but Niso did a lovely job and it looks great!
Niso is super! I bought a new home that needed a full lock and knob replacement, and rekey of sliding and garage doors to match new home locks. I wanted two electronic locks and he was able to bring three options for me to choose from that same day...so all work was done same day as meeting him. He went above and beyond to rescue one of the lock mechanisms on a security screen/outer door that the owners didn’t leave a key for. If he hadn’t been able to pick that lock, and have the patience to do so, it would have cost me a LOT more to replace whole mechanism. My total cost wasn’t cheap but having quality work is important to me. Thanks Niso!
