About Fairfix Contracting Services
I’m a licensed realtor with years of experience working behind the scenes for a construction company and in property management. I know how hard it can be to find contractors who show up, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work. That’s why I started a construction company with two partners. Our small team focuses on doing the job right, on time, and with respect for your home and budget. We bring practical expertise in areas like plumbing pipe repair, roof installation or replacement, electrical and wiring repair, and framing carpentry. Whether you’re looking to sell, rent, or simply maintain your property, we’re here to help you protect and improve your investment. Reach out to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit.

Installed skirting on our mobile home incorrectly, damaged pieces by installing with screws and in the wrong directions multiple times, cut massive holes that let water in, won’t resolve the issue despite many, many, emails.
This was my first time using Thumbtack. Isaiah at Fairfix responded to my request within minutes and quoted me a fair price within a few hours. Communication was great and punctuality was perfect. Frank showed up to the appt 15 minutes early and worked non-stop. Frank was very knowledgeable and kind and advised me on several decisions. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend.
Fairfix Contracting was awesome. They responded very quickly and did a fantastic job. I will be using Fairfix from now on for snow plowing and they did make me aware of other services they offer. Fairfix is a fair and honest Contracting service and I highly recommend them.
Great customer service. Easy to schedule appointment, timely communications and fair pricing.
My first time with Fairfax. Job went extremely well. Contacted me whole through. Will use again as needed.
Him and his team were great. Responsive and efficient. I will continue to contract them
called and spoke to me about my project on the phone. said he could do the work one evening this week. had me send all the info and then when i try to arrange an evening for him to come out he tells me they have to come early in the day and that he can’t do the project ? complete waste of time. don’t bother if you want a job that’s actually going to get scheduled and completed. definitely go with him if you want to waste your time and end up scrambling for someone else at the last minute 👍🏽
We are really happy with the work and professionalism from Fairfix. They made sure that the job was done right and that we were happy with the result. It's nice to find others who are professional and fair. Will use them again. Thanks Fairfix!
