This team treated me very well. They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done, came and took their time and knocked it out the park. I appreciate it! I will be using them again!

Reviews
I highly recommend FALCOM, they did a fantastic job converting an eye sore opening into a first class presentation area/Man Cave,
I highly recommend Falcon Remodeling! They installed interior office doors inside my home and the results were flawless. They cleaned the area each evening before leaving and finished by the timeframe originally promised.
Yohlmar and his team were prompt, efficient, and very accommodating to any adjustments I needed. This has been the smoothest experience I’ve had with a contractor since moving to Georgia. I highly recommend their services and would definitely hire them again.
They were responsive, punctual, professional, and did a beautiful job.
Yolmar and his assistant Barbara did an EXCELLENT job on our renovation! We had a small door cut into a wall and added barn doors to our laundry room. They were very professional and attentive to details. We were very pleased and would love to use them again for future projects.
Amazing job would definitely be using his company again.
Fixed my broken drywall to perfection. No signs of any prior damage to the wall now.
Yohlmer and team are sinply excellent! He is very responsive, honest, and works quickly. They turned what started out as a bathroom nightmare (leak exposed completely damaged subfloor) into a pleasant experience and a beautifully finished master bathroom. Yohlmer even provided some design recommendations and a few money saving tips. I can't wait to work with him and the team on my next project.
We had a variety of projects (masonry, trim work, painting, porch repair, door repair) that required a quick turnaround for the sale of our home. Really glad everything was completed on time. Times did change often due to their other projects but I never felt ghosted and always felt communicated with.
Yolmar repaired my patio door which had been letting water and air into the house. He shared tips about the process that will help with maintenance going forward. I appreciate that, with no advance notice, he pivoted to pricing other projects around my home. This provided additional information for me to consider as I search for a pro to complete them without having to schedule another appointment.
Thanks to a quick save from Yolmar at Falcom Remodeling, my front door was repaired within 24 hrs of being damaged. My dog locked me out of my house and I had to break into my own door, causing damage to the frame. My request was answered within the hour and we had a plan for repair by the end of the day. With my door fixed up and looking great, I can confidently lock up my house! I’d recommend Falcom to anyone in need of repairs in their home.
I reached out in Saturday to replace a door coming off the hinges. The repair was completed quickly on Sunday. Very helpful and friendly. Discussed other projects in the house and ideals. Will definitely use for future projects.
He came out to do a project at my rental property. The sunroom back door needed to be replaced, the door would not lock and off hinges. He was very punctual and knew exactly what was wrong. I would definitely recommend him.
Yohlmar began working on my home ten months ago and quickly became my go-to guy for any work I’ve needed done. I initially hired him for small projects; first, he replaced my undermount kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal, and water damaged under sink cabinet bottom. I had serious reservations about even attempting the sink replacement because of what I’d read online about the potential for granite countertops to crack during sink removal, but Yohlmar quickly and quite easily detached the old sink without issue. The replacement sink I’d ordered was a bit larger than the one I was replacing, but he was surprisingly able to make it work! I was so impressed by that that I subsequently hired him to install a dishwasher, vent hood, ceiling lights and fans, garage door rollers, baseboards and trim moulding, mount TVs, hang curtain rods, and, most recently, install a new fireplace surround. The baseboard and moulding work was particularly impressive because the age of my home renders right angles and flat surfaces virtually absent; however, he successfully navigated the quirks and odd angles to produce a beautiful, detailed, and quite impressive result. Yohlmar and his team recently began replacement of an old fireplace mantel thay was original to my 1990s home with a larger, craftsman style surround with sconces and built-in cabinets, and installation of a new outlet and aux connection above the fireplace for the eventual mounting of a TV. It is still a work in progress but I am beyond pleased with what’s been completed thus far. Yohlmar and his team are knowledgeable, skilled, efficient, and always prepared (I think Yohlmar might have just about every tool ever made in his truck). He always asks questions and points out any issues or flaws with the soundness of my requests before and even throughout the process, and will only proceed in a way that’s safe and satisfactory to me. He has always been very responsive, accommodating, and respectful of any time constraints or commitments I’ve had when planning and executing work. Never any unexpected charges or surprises, and a pleasant demeanor throughout it all. I’m giving Falcom five stars only because I can’t give ten!
He is very professional, prepared, and thorough. I highly recommend.
Thank you for arriving on time and completing the job professionally
Completed the job as requested and provided clear direction of what would happen.
Amazing repair work! On time, and installed our new keypad lock, plus door frame/drywall and trim work all in the same day. We would highly recommend his service!
