I absolutely love the display arch that Noliea created! I had a last minute request to her and she was so quick to respond and gave great ideas. She was on time and such a quick set up that looked amazing the colors popped so brightly in photos. I would definitely use her services again and recommend to anyone. Her price was reasonable and such a nice person I wanted to invited them to party with us 😎 Thank you so much for adding this beautiful display to make my vision turn out great & the balloons are still usable!
