Be Aware when hiring this company. Needed help getting automatic gate opener working. 1st make sure that they know what you want and have knowledge of the issue, otherwise you are paying for them to learn on the job. The owner will tell you they do everything but do not necessarily know how to. I had several companies decline the job because the gate can be difficult or they did not have any knowledge on how to fix it. He reached out to me on helping with my gate, so I tired and the gate still sits unfinished. 2nd do not allow them to get parts for you. They will add up a lot of hours “searching” that you get to pay for. Ex. 4 hours to find a plug transformer. 3rd I was lucky that I have a lot of tools so they could borrow some instead of having to get some. I am 100% sure that they will charge you to go get tools they didn’t bring. 4th but not least. My gate doesn’t work still. They asked me to try something on my own and I did. It didn’t work still so they quit the job. The owner has no concern that the job didn’t get finished, just wants full payment. I had some other things that I was going to need done, he was more interested in the other jobs and quotes than the original job requested. In summary, I will not be using this company ever again and will not recommend them to any of my customers, family or friends as well.

So I reached out and got a response in like 15 minutes with helpers dispatched within 90 minutes total. Then they were here and worked on 7 tasks in less than 90 minutes. Truly amazing. Will hire again.
Absolutely do not use if you are not willing to pay 200$ for drive time. Only use if within 5 min of bend.
