Dustin went the extra mile in every aspect of his work. He's a great problem solver and generous with his time and effort. Dustin got the job done and is a seasoned professional. I would give him six stars if I could! Also, a very friendly and kind individual.
My PC had an issue where it just wouldn’t stay on and kept overheating. As a heavy gamer and content creator, it was very important that I got my build working again ASAP. I contacted Faria and within minutes they responded, and booked me as early as possible. Both Dustin and Nick carefully inspected my system, and worked hard to diagnose the problem. They carted my precious PC away to fix her up, and she came back looking better than when she left! She went from running 108C to sitting at a comfortable 28C. They also taught me a lot about my build and PC parts in general which was super helpful. Truly grateful that I can get back to doing what I love because of them :)
Dustin Faria was great, he arrived on time, answered my questions and resolved my issues. I would highly recommend him.
Dustin did a great job. He was very responsive. He listened to my issues and promptly addressed my questions and concerns. Very good to work with and highly recommend him. This is my first time using thumbtack.
Dustin completed the work very well and also followed up post execution to ensure the computers were working alright .
Dustin was a great communicator. He walked me through the details and explained all steps along the way. And then he was responsive after he left to ensure things worked as expected.
Dustin was on time, and did the work in about 15 minutes! He is highly recommended.
Dustin and Nick both came through and were able to get my desktop PC up and running within an hour! I was really impressed, especially since my desktop PC is a water cooled system and is a bit more complicated than your standard desktop computer!
Fantastic work, computer back up and running. Will be using this company again thank you!
