Company failed to call and notify that they weren’t going to come to a scheduled appointment. How can they improve… improve your customer communications and give them the courtesy of knowing they will not be serviced today so that someone doesn’t have to take the time off to meet them.

We had an appointment at 10. I asked at 1015 if he was still coming. He asked for pictures of the job that were already on thumbtack when he set the appointment time. At 1037 he said he was in his way. I canceled at the 1147. There was no communication and no follow through.
