The job was done but the professionalism isn’t there. The drywall from the installation was left on the floor after install and the price was increased on site as opposed to what we discussed earlier. I wouldn’t recommend him if you’re expecting customer service but if you just need the job done, he’s a pick.
He gave me great customer service, pricing, and responsiveness. He was there when I needed him and he didn't take long to complete the job.
The team were fast and reliable, they did a great job of communicating with us about pricing and if they found a issue with the pergola set up. Would definitely refer them to others.

Left a hole in my wall, refused to fix it and blamed me for it. Stating it's my fault that the wall was the issue and if I didnt pay him to fix the hole his technician caused he wasnt fixing it. The mount was hung too low to begin with (as seen in the photos. clear as day). He also keeps saying the mount is adjustable. My TV is 85 inches, and would be set on the top and bottom holes of the bracket, whoch means there is literally zero wiggle room for asjustments. He continues to tell me its adjustable. I said I no longer want it mounted just fix my wall. But because I am a woman he continued to talk to me like I can't see measurements or read a tape measurer. He refuses to take accountability. If you messed up just own it and fix it. That's all I wanted. He wanted to continue to blame me as if I purposely knew the wall wouldn't have the wood studs needed. As the professional that is his job to figure out before ruining my wall, not mine). Kept telling me to "Take responsibility for my wall structure" as if I built it with my bare hands. I will simply take it to small claims court, because at this point its the principle. I would not trust them to mount a tv. Other jobs he might be capable of doing. The technician also left in such a hurry he left tools behind and drywall mess everywhere

Would not do business with again. They moved a pergola that was installed too close to the house and their work was not worth it. The cement blocks they installed was uneven with a bunch of rocks. Initially they left a bolt sticking up from the ground. I gave them an opportunity to fix their work and they were not willing to resolve it and stopped calling. I ended up having to spend additional money to hire someone else to correct their work.
Fast fix was very fast in responding and very reasonable priced. They were very knowledgeable in installing my gazebo and did it in a timely manner. All my questions & concerns were addressed. I absolutely love it, it looks amazing.
Meer was very professional and kind. He does an awesome job, works fast, and very accommodating. I would use him again.
