Reviews
Reza was very responsive and took good care of needs of my house.
Did a great Job on changing the kitchen sink crusher. Very professional and great quality.
Replaced the sump pump for me. Responsive, professional and punctual
Excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to carefully inspect the house plumbing system to identify the pressure regulator issue. The repair was done efficiently, and he also checked the water heater and even discovered a gas leak spot in the gas piping that we were unaware of. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Responded quickly to my inquiry and took care the problem promptly. However, it was a very expensive charge. Cost me $300 Took less than 5 minutes work to put in a new plastic pipe connecter.
Reza called me as soon as I submitted a work order for a slow drain in Thumbtack. He patiently listened as I explained the issue. He explained the possible issues and narrowed down to drain clog as the most likely issue. He was responsive over text and punctual. He again explained what he will do and the possible risks involved. Reza set up the work area and got to work quickly. It took 30 mins to get drainage working again. While there he also inspected prior work and gave me notes on what I might need in the future. I really appreciate his approachable and friendly nature. Highly recommend and will hire again.
Reza was quick to reply and able to come same day. After approving the quote, he completed the work right away (at the end of his day). His quote was accurate and reasonable and the work completed was great. I would absolutely hire Reza again for any plumbing needs.
Prompt thorough explained issues.
I requested help unclog a toilet which was clogged due to towel being flushed in. Reza was very responsive. He was transparent and upfront about the situation and cost.
Reza was able to diagnose the problem and give me a quote on the phone. He came prepared and completed the job quickly. I recommend him for plumbing work.
Reza responded quickly to my service request. He arrived in the scheduled time window. He looked into the leaking issue and provided the diagnosis. He was prompt and courteous
I recently closed on a new home. Reza came to install an independent shut off ball valve for the outside faucet, replaced my PRF valve and adjusted the pressure. He also updated my angle stops (they were born), my faucet to Kohler and and replaced my air gap (which was gross). It looks beautiful! I appreciate his workmanship, the quality choice of parts, and him educating me on what to look for as I settle into my new home! Thank you Reza!
Reza came in next day after I reached out to him for a leaking hose bib replacement, which was a little more complicated than usual. He was very knowledgeable and started with the job immediately. Great quality of work and value, best rates compared to other quotes I received for the same job. Would definitely get back to home for my future needs. Highly recommend him!
