Mike was amazing and I would recommend their company
I booked Fat City Clean for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning on Thursday, September 3, between 10 and 11 AM, ahead of moving into a new home. The appointment was confirmed and I was assured it was set. The window came and went with no one at the door, no call, and no message. I reached out several times through the app and never got a response. The timing is what makes this hard. Both services were scheduled specifically for before move-in, which is a narrow window that doesn’t reopen once the furniture is in. Carpet is one thing. A dryer vent is another. That’s a fire safety item I now have to sort out separately after the fact, and the carpets I can’t do anything about for someone dealing with allergies. What I keep coming back to is the silence. I genuinely hope there was an emergency on their end, because life happens and I would extend grace for that in a heartbeat. But a single message saying “I can’t make it today” would have changed the entire outcome. I could have rebooked with someone else and still made my window. Instead I held my morning open for a company that never came and never explained. I chose them because of their reviews, which is why this caught me so off guard. If they reach out and make this right, I’ll gladly update this review. As it stands, I can’t recommend booking anything time-sensitive with them.

Mike did his due diligence on my sectional and recliner. We had some toddler stains that you could smell when you sit and he got rid of all of it completely! He even offered a 30 day warranty if the smell came back! I will definitely be using his services again.

Mike was very professional, thorough and helpful. He answered all my questions and left my carpets cleaner than any service I used prior to his. My carpets smell and look amazing. I have a pet who sheds a lot and Mike went above and beyond to help with removing the pet hair and thoroughly cleaning the carpet. They look brand new. I can’t rave about his service enough and the best part is his price is great. From here on out he will be the one I call to clean my carpets and I am recommending him to all my friend’s and neighbors!!
