Heber and his team do excellent work. I needed to have two windows installed and wood reframed due to termite and water damage. Heber walked me through the work and explained everything. The new windows look great. I would highly recommend.
Heber and his crew did my foundation, and framing primarily. But I ended up using him for window installations, drywall, Stucco, and roof. He also recommended some other contractors I needed like an electrician and a plumber. I really liked that he was willing to work with me as a sub, which allowed me to save money with the whole project. I passed all my inspections and even had the inspector complimenting the work. He did great work, reasonable price, and was able to collaborate with me when it came to options that I needed to make decisions on.

FE! Construction did fantastic work on my house. The job was initially for siding replacement and crawl space enclosures in a few areas. However, when the workers took off the siding covering a shower wall and a small adjacent closet, the wood was extremely deteriorated and had to be reframed. It looks great now. I really appreciate Heber’s knowledge of materials. I was willing to settle for a lesser siding material because of the cost/ linear foot. However, I was informed that the redwood would best match the rest of my 1910 Craftsman home and it was the best quality. Redwood Bodyguard was used for the siding, and I appreciate Heber showing me the positive effects of using it. I am very pleased with the work from Heber and his crew. I will definitely hire again for my next project.
We hired Heber to remove two load bearing walls. From the moment he came to give us a quote to the moment he gave us our keys back, it was a smooth and very professional process. Other contractors told us it would take us 6 weeks and cost us twice as much as what Heber quoted us. Not only that, he finished the work in 5 days. Very professional, very easy to work with and above all, the work done is perfect. Pictures attached show the before/after. Highly recommend Heber for your projects, you will not be disappointed!
I was lucky to find FE Construction on Thumback for my Garage, Sundeck, Back Yard Deck construction. Heber is polite, professional, on-time and has great knowledge of framing and foundation work. My structural engineer was very happy with his work, and we passed all city inspections on the same day. I highly recommend Heber and FE Construction.
Heber and his crew were great. They worked hard to build my patio, which included the framing work and concrete foundation. He gave frequent progress updates, provided technical information on the appropriate type of brackets, wood, and other building material that should be used. He was extremely responsive and informative to my concerns, and all at a highly competitive price. I noticed during his free inspection, he was way more detailed in taking notes, measurements, and pictures compared to other free quotes that I had received. I was very skeptical at first for choosing a contractor for a project like this on thumbtack, but was ultimately very impressed. I plan to hire him again for an earthquake foundation retrofit. I highly recommend Heber.
Hired Heber to fix up a foundation crack that came up on a home inspection report. Not only did he do a fabulous job but secured it with steel straps above and beyond the minimal requirement of the home inspector. He was quick to respond to the call, gave a fair and thorough bid, and trouble shot when he was doing the under the house work, keeping me aware of other issues that were not addressed but need to be acknowledged at some point in the near future. Heber is a wonderful contractor with a professional attitude and high level of work. I will definately hire Heber again for my structural and construction needs. thank you
