Fergo high quality general construction

We recently worked with Fergo on the replacement of our master bedroom windows, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Fernando and his team were professional, responsive, and truly cared about the quality of the work. They completed the installation in record time. Throughout the project, Fernando was incredibly helpful, kind, communicative, and quick to address any questions or concerns. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Fergo to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and thoughtful general contractor.

He advertises a free estimate. He would not do free estimate for me. He was going to charge me $200 to go under the house and then give me an estimate. This was after we had already messaged a couple times and set up an appointment. He wasted a lot of my time. He had his own agenda of wanting pictures and signing a contract for a free estimate. However, he needed to go under the house to see the work that needed to be done for an accurate estimate. To me he does not deserve five stars. He deserves two stars.

Fernando and his crew did an excellent job creating a very well built shed for us. (This is not your average shed as it will be a backyard hang out space and additional storage). He was able to incorporate custom requests and adapt the needs of the build to meet all our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the result. He was great to work with: very reasonable pricing, answered our questions, quality work and is just a nice guy.

Fernando was exactly who we were looking for when ww were searching for a contractor to convert our garage to a home office. He’s a very good listener, which was a breath of fresh air after speaking with several contractors who consistently interrupted me with recommendations for add ons, even though they knew I had a strict and limited budget. Fernando is a very polite and warm person who I’d consider an expert at his skill. His team arrived within a few days of our signed agreement and completed the project in half the time other contractors quoted us. The quality is the highest I’ve seen as well and when friends and family come see the new office, they’re stunned that this was once our dirty old garage. It’s absolute perfection and I can’t wait to work with Fergo on future projects!

I hired them to put in a sauna at my place and it's fantastic! These guys know their stuff. They also did all the electrical work necessary for it. They were on time, kept things clean, were really easy to talk to, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them!

We worked with Fernando and Fergo High Quality Construction to replace a rotting retaining wall on our backyard hillside. It was a super smooth and hassle free experience from start to finish and we love the end result. Fernando communicated with us throughout the process and he and his crew were respectful and professional, even cleaning up perfectly after they were finished with the project. They completed the project on time, within the discussed budget, and without any disruption to our daily lives. Highly recommend working with them and we will definitely be reaching out to them again when we are ready to take on more projects!

We were fortunate to partner with Fernando on our home project. The carport over our driveway required new pillars. Fernando’s expertise and resourcefulness allowed us to meet an extremely tight turnaround time. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Fernando is wonderful to work with. He is very exacting and listens to our vision and our requests then makes sure that these are executed to a high standard. His standards are very high, to be sure. Our existing kitchen island housed a telescoping range hood and a gas stove. We decided on renovating to an external venting overhead hood and an induction cooktop. The range hood duct had to be fitted in the ceiling below our second floor bedroom floor, run through the side wall above the cabinets and out to the exhaust opening away from kitchen window and sliding door to backyard. This work and the installation of the new kitchen island and cooktop were done beautifully. The ceiling and side wall cover up of duct were touched up very well. We are enjoying our new kitchen island cooktop and overhead hood immensely.

We hired Fernando for our kitchen remodel and a few repair tasks around the house. He did a fantastic job with a quick turnaround, great value for money, and provided recommendations on additional work around the house. After the job he was responsive to feedback and any corrections that needed to happen. Highly recommend!
