We had 24 windows and a sliding back door replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The workmanship was outstanding, everything was installed perfectly, and the crew was professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. We needed to get our kitchen and bathroom redone and in such short noticed with a timeframe we needed it done by. Gene came over and gave us an estimate and was able to start right away! Gene, Jason and his team was very professional, fast and efficient. They were great and very responsive! Love their suggestions too when we didn’t know what to pick! Also, at the last minute we requested recess lightings and to add the new floors in the living room. They were able to get that done right away! Would definitely give them a call on our next project!

I had a leak from my second floor bathroom into the kitchen. Gene was kind from the very start and gave me an estimate quickly. Gene, Jason and his men were competent, professional, quiet, talented and performed high quality beautiful work. This was a 2 week job and the men worked each day in a timely manner until the tasks for the day were complete. They always left the house clean and arrived on time the next day. The work they did is beautiful and I so appreciate their hard work, knowledge, and skill. I will be using Ferolla again in the future! I highly recommend Gene and his Team! The guys were very friendly and accommodating. We discussed the project and my concerns, and they scheduled it out for me. They also maintained open communication about the deliverables, which was very helpful. As a result, I was able to finish my DIY project. Sometimes, we DIYers have to let the professionals step in and take over.
