We are a Chicago area carpet, upholstery and on-location drapery cleaning company. We have been cleaning some of the areas finest properties, such as The Four Seasons Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and other commercial properties since 1999. We offer the same outstanding service to our residential customers at a competitive price. Our multi-step cleaning process is what some companies charge extra for once they get to your home. 1. All carpeted areas are pre-treated using 3 types of environmentally safe cleaners that breakdown soil along with spots and stains. 2. This is followed by a steam cleaning using an all fiber rinse that neutralizes any cleaners used along with cleaner residue left behind from previous cleanings. There is no tacky or sticky residue left behind to attract dirt. This is what people complain about when they have their carpet cleaned and a week later it’s dirty. The all fiber rinse also contains a soil retardant and deodorizes. 3. Any stains that don’t respond to normal cleaning are treated with the proper cleaner. This multi-step process delivers excellent results We also offer a low moisture cleaning process that's dry in 1 hour. This works well on low to moderately soiled carpet. Once we get the info we need from you to give a firm cost, that cost will not change once we arrive to clean. If the info is accurate that's the price you'll pay. We won't try to sell you a traffic pre-spray, your already getting the whole carpet pre-treated. We won't try to sell a deodorizer, your already getting it with the all fiber rinse. Couldn’t say enough about this team. Good from front to back. They were able to get stains out, were very prompt, and easy to deal with. Not a bad price either. They come with a lot of experience and it shows.
Jim is an extremely trustworthy, hard working, and knowledgeable individual. He’s been deep cleaning carpets for 25+ years and knows what he’s doing. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality of work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
