My daughter got black hair dye on my free standing bath, which she removed with nail polish remover!! Fifth Element initially quoted me for the whole tub, but when they saw it was just a small section that was damaged, they revised their quote down for me. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them again.

Very responsive, was on time. Very professional and my tub looks great!
This team did a fantastic job with reglazing our bathtub! Well worth the investment - Highly recommend Jhose to anyone.
Positive - prompt response and The reglaze looks good, Negative - NO cleanup. The technician packed up and was leaving but there was still tape covering all of the fixtures? I inquired as to how to get that off without ripping off any of the glaze off the tub. Unfortunately, He did not speak any English and we could not communicate. He also did not wipe down anything, absolutely nothing. I spent about an hour wiping all the dust off the entire bathroom. Then I saw that my floor had been sprayed as well. The primary person I communicated with did offer to come back and clean it off. However, my son is getting married and there were going to be guests in my house so I will do it myself.
Fifth Element Reglazing did such a great job I had to do a double take to see if they had installed a new tub. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were of the highest caliber. They were affordable but not dirt cheap, so there were no worries on the type of work to be expected. I will definetly be sure to refer them in the future.
Jhose (owner of Fifth Element) did a really High Quality Reglazing Job with our Shower. We are very happy with our new shower. Our Tiled Shower looked tired and easily dirty, especially the Floors. And we decided to hire Jhose to have it renewed with White painted Walls and a Light Gray Flooring. The way he painted it was excellent. It looks very shiny. And we also decided to do a non-slip flooring which is practical for safety reasons and traction on the feet. He was very punctual and professional. Very good and professional work ethics. Like with any job, there are minor paint retouching needed, and he came back to do some retouch. It's really great working with a professional person like him. His price is also reasonable and very much worth it. I highly recommend that you hire him for refurbishing your shower and bath. He also guarantees his work and takes pride in his work. He does his best. Rest assure that your in good hands when you hire him. I'm attaching pictures of our newly reglazed shower.
The bathtub unit came out like new. It didn’t take but 3 hrs.
It was a beautiful experience. Everything was done very meticulously. The tubs look completely brand new as if I bought them from a local factory that sells tubs. It makes my entire bathroom look gorgeous without any updates. It’s got a very shiny porcelain glass-like finish to it. Perfect color. Perfect attention to detail. Very respectable and responsive. I loved working with this company and was actually shocked how flawless everything turned out to be.
Excellent job by Jhose. Everything was just as quoted.
Fift element construction was able to schedule us in next day which is a huge plus. Upon inspection the finish on the tub was not perfect , it dripped while drying, however we are very grateful they were able to come out and rectify the problem quickly. One thing to mention is that they leave parts for you to reinstall or replace which is fine we can get that sorted just a heads up.
Great job shelves look good and are held by studs and not dry wall as requested
Jhose helped us with installing a porch swing. He was responsive, courteous, and skilled. Our porch swing looks great. We will be using him again for sure.
I had such a wonderful experience hiring Jhose. He was pleasant to work with and did a great job of troubleshooting when installing my shelves.
