Unfortunately, they did not show up. After confirming for the first time, they did not show up, but they were apologetic and agreed to come the next day. But they did not. I had set aside time for them to come and moved around my schedule. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I would advise folks to find someone else so that they do not get strung along like I did.

There's nothing that I can think of that could be improved. I would hire them again in a flash. My was filled with algae. He and his wife came over at exactly the time they said they would and turned the water crystal clear. Because they don't usually service Brooklyn. And told me I could contact him with questions. The whole thing ended up costing $180 which was less than his estimate.
Erickson did an incredible job cleaning our hot tub after it had been shut for roughly 8 years. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us identify certain problems we needed to address. He’s kind and trustworthy, too. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks, Erickson!

Erick not only opened up my hot tub for the season; he gave me a beginner's course in hot tub care and maintenance. He's very good at what he does and charges a fair price. Highly recommended.

Okay I’ve been meaning to wring this 1 star review. I am extremely upset with his service , He came with his wife to open up my pool at first every was going fine very friendly . But I did feel the job was rushed , he used some of my chemicals. I asked him to use the net to clean the pool . His vacuum barley worked and he didn’t fold my pool cover . Anyway the worse part of all “ my pool was still green after five days “ Now , he did tell me “ if I have to come back a 2nd time it’s going to Cost an additional fee” I called him , to let him know he will need to come back and I’m OK with the additional fee . And he told me , No I’m not coming back . So he left me with a green pool after I paid him in full . Now I have to pay twice to get the job done . The moral of the story is , don’t sell yourself short pay extra money and have the job done right from the beginning !
