DO NOT use this company. THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH BUISNESS. They reeled us in with one price and then charged us way over that amount. The salesperson who responded to my request for someone to mount our TV even mentioned a negative review about upcharging and specifically told me it was inaccurate and reassured me over and over that their price was firm. When I called to express my dismay about the charge, they refused to budge. This is a disreputable business. STAY AWAY!!!
Be careful with the pricing they send you. They low balled me up front to get my business and then hit me up on the backend trying to gouge me for an extra $75. Even deleted the original web based quote they had given me. They were also two hours late making me late for my birthday dinner with family. The lead negotiator, Kate, will use word salad to explain her approach. I can’t say enough about the actual work itself. Young man named Cap did an exceptional job hiding cables in the wall and hanging my monster 85” TV.
Hung four TVs for me in a quick amount of time. Cab was professional and efficient.
Responded quickly. Happy he was able to recover the files I needed.

Two guys that came to mount our 98” TV were great. They got the job done and explained what was being done.

Great last-minute work fixing the box behind my TV, but the final price was nearly triple what a typical full TV mount job costs and this was a simple box move. I understand it was after hours but if I had known upfront that labor would be $478 I would have declined.
On March 31, 2025, I paid Firefly Anything Tech $18,167.22 for a range of home improvement services. A key issue remains unresolved regarding $1,194 charged for labor and materials related to a cabinet door installation and drywall repair. The workmanship on both was unacceptable: the drywall repair was so poorly executed that I had to hire another contractor to fix it, and I personally had to redo the cabinet installation. Although Nathan was involved in the original job, he did not perform the cabinet or drywall work in question. Firefly’s only proposed solution has been to send Nathan back out, which does not address the quality concerns or reflect accountability for the work that was done. As a customer, I am refusing to have the same company return to correct work that was unsatisfactory in the first place. Additionally, when I inquired about replacing speakers, Nathan assessed the situation and claimed they could not be removed due to how they were installed. This demonstrated a clear knowledge deficit—he did not understand how to properly remove the old speakers. I ultimately had to perform the speaker replacement myself and discovered that Nathan had attempted to pry them out, causing damage that I also had to repair. Despite multiple calls and texts, Firefly Anything Tech has refused to offer even a partial refund for these substandard services. I am aware of your stated 7-day policy, which seems unreasonable given the $18,000 scope of the project. The delay in my review is due to a significant life change, and I only recently had the opportunity to use the media room where the work was performed. As of September 10, 2025, I have received no resolution from Firefly Anything Tech. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to follow up with Thumbtack as well. I am requesting a fair resolution, including reimbursement for the defective and incomplete work. 9/18/2025- Filed Complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). No resolution If you are looking for high end finishes in your home, I would recommend looking elsewhere. 9/19/25 Adding pictures of loose 8 Terminal wall plates installed by Firefly Anything Tech, also the incompetent routing of cables. Again, if you are looking for High end work, look elsewhere. 9/23/25 I will continue to update as I find issues. The HDMI cable Nathan purchased was over "$500" and has already failed. Firefly Anything Tech took advantage of a situation and should be ashamed at the markup they did on my wife. 9/24/25 I have also reported to RipOffReport.com, would also like to say that Nathan did not buy an Ethernet switch with enough ports and now the AVR is not able to be hooked up via ethernet. Also you will see that banana plugs should've been used in this application, just another example of incompetent installation. 9/29/25 Nathan is now trying to deny that we ever did business. I want to reiterate that this is happening over the refusal of a partial refund of a shotty installation job, I originally asked for $597 back to cover some costs of the re work.

Amateurs. Incapable, pushy, indignant, and outside of any decent interactions toward a client. There is nothing I will accept from this group of miscreants. I intend to file a complaint with the State Attorney General and with Thumbtack - forthwith.
Nathan Eledge, the owner of Firefly, was absolutely outstanding in his knowledge of solving my computer problems. He was so professional and friendly in his approach that it was such a pleasure to work with him. Also, his rates were very reasonable. I would hire him again at the drop of a hat.
Not much else to say except I was fully satisfied with the service, people and professionalism.
I had a great experience with Nathan. I sent him a request on Thumbtack and he got back to me the same day. Sabrina helped book an appointment 3 days later. Nathan was professional and a great listener. He paid attention to my needs and did exactly what I asked him to (cleaning my laptop, and removing specific programs while keeping all my files in their place). My laptop is faster and I am glad I'll be able to keep it for another year. I'm definitely calling Nathan again if I need anything tech-related!
