It was an absolute pleasure working with this team. I hired them for two distinct roof repairs: re-sealing and re-flashing a chimney on an older roof, and fixing a leak from a fan vent on a newer roof. From the initial inspection and estimate to the completion of the work, the entire process was seamless and professional. After doing comparative pricing, I found their estimate to be fair, and the quality of their work exceeded expectations. As a family-run business working with a dedicated, trusted crew, their commitment to quality really shows. Highly recommended—thank you for a fantastic job!
We’ve hired Firefox twice & couldn’t say enough great things about them! Most recently they replaced the roof on our pool shed. Would hire a 3rd time!
FIREFOX THE ROOFING PRO did a great job fixing a leak in my roof. They were very responsive, and scheduling was quick. I recommend them for a roofing project.
They were awesome to work with. I got a lot of quotes and he was the best deal but the nicest guy. I highly recommend
We hired Firefox for gutter cleaning. It’s a father and son company and son came over and did an amazing job. He came next day morning to take look and immediately within 30 minutes returned with materials and finished the cleaned the gutters and the downspout and sealed the gaps. Just a day before the September Nor’easter our gutters were ready!!! He further suggested some small corrections to be done around sealing exhaust pipes on the roof into the future. Amazingly high quality customer oriented service and I highly recommend to anyone for any roofing related work.
Byron from Firefox The Roofing Pro did excellent work installing new gutters on the back of our house. While working, he noticed the fascia boards underneath were rotted and proactively replaced them with PVC instead of just installing over the problem. Really appreciated that he caught it and flagged it rather than leaving it. He also pointed out that the flat section of our roof may need attention down the road and offered to quote that separately, no pressure. Communication was clear and responsive throughout; quick, straight answers on pricing and options. Would use them again.
I received a competitive quote and the roof repairs were completed quickly, and with quality materials. I am very happy with the roof repair service that was performed.
Mike and his team were amazing, fast and on time. Have been trying to get someone to replace the old moldy roof shingles on my eeves for so long. Job was only two hours long but came out beautiful and looks great with my new stain on my house. Would recommend them for any of your roofing needs 🥰
Byron and Carmen from Firefox were extremely prompt in responding to my request and scheduling an estimate with me the following day. It turned out that our leak was not due to a roof problem (it was the A/C unit), so their inspection in our attic was incredibly helpful. This business is honest and fair. I will definitely be calling them whenever we have a problem with our roof!
Gave me a fair price and did the work quickly. No pressure from a sales guy to do a bunch of extra work.
I am an extremely satisfied customer. Byron and his team did excellent work and cleaned up all debris. Communication and responsiveness were excellent. I would definitely work with Firefox again.
Did what they quoted and more at the price quoted, friendly and professional.
Easy communication
Byron was extremely responsive and knowledge. Came out the same day to assess the situation, provide an estimate, and complete the work!! I’m very impressed with the team and the quality of work. Don’t look any further- hire them! I will be reaching out to them with any future jobs.
Answered my request promptly. Scheduling was simple and service was as described. I would recommend.
They provide gutter cleaning and fix the shingles. Highly recommend their service.
