When the job was done, my wife said "Beautiful! Why didn't we do this years ago". Happy wife, happy life! Could I say anything more?

Reviews
Excellent work. Nick was very accommodating, and Alex did beautiful work. I am very satisfied with how my fence looks. I would definitely recommend them.
Extremely disappointing and unreliable experience. I specifically told Nick that I needed a firm confirmation before ordering a custom-sized banner. I explained that once the banner was ordered, I would be committed financially and would not have enough time to find another fabricator if he canceled. He confirmed verbally and in writing that everything was good and that the frame would be ready by Monday. He then sent an invoice, requested a deposit, and accepted my payment. Afterward, he stated that he would pick up the materials and begin fabrication on Monday. Three days later, he canceled because his supplier did not have the required steel and another size needed to be specially ordered. Although he said he refund the deposit, the refund does not solve the problem. I had already ordered the custom banner based on his repeated confirmation, and I no longer have enough time to find another fabricator before my deadline. Material availability should have been verified before he confirmed the completion date, invoiced me, and accepted payment. His last-minute cancellation caused financial loss and placed me in a very difficult situation with my client. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this company for any time-sensitive projects.
Firestorm's installer, Alex, did an excellent job fabricating and installing our porch railings. Setting uo the job with Nick was effortless. We are very satisfied. Wishing you great success!
Nick responded to my request In less than 24hours. I had an estimate, measurements taken and my new set of railings completed in less than 1 week.Excellent communication through the process. I will definitely use for future projects again!!
This was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would be happy to refer my family friends to use this company in the future
His work was amazing! I was more than satisfied with the quality of work he did. I highly recommend him for big jobs or little. Very versatile and super friendly. I appreciate and respect men of his craft.
Reply was untimely. Quote seemed high for the work requested in comparison to another TT vendor.
Nick is very responsive and follow through with the work that was assigned to his team. The Professionalism and the quality work that he provided was more than satisfaction.
he arrived just on time and was very patient with all of my questions! was extremely knowledgeable and fast and did an absolutely fantastic job! And overall extremely nice to talk to. i would absolutely reccomend him to others
They did such a great job with installing railing for my grandmothers front porch steps. The team was very professional, kind and provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend!
Nick inquired by phone about my project and asked the pertinent questions to assess and price the job. He felt it was fairly straightforward and explained the approach and pricing. He was able to meet my timing to take care of it the following day. He was super clear by text in setting up someone on his team to perform the work. The welder was super nice, punctual, efficient and easy to work with - also while taking my notes into consideration. If I need to use metalworking or welding services again, I absolutely would reach out to Nick first! Thanks Nick and team.
It was such a pleasure to work with Nick that I wish I had more projects in his area of expertise. It was like a breath of fresh air having someone who listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and delivered while making me feel extremely confident in his ability to deliver. Everything was completed with 100% satisfaction! I will highly recommend Nick to anyone I know who needs metalwork done. I initially contacted Nick to remove metal bars on the rooftop windows of my Manhattan townhouse. I asked about also installing a railing at the end of the roof since it was a long overdue item on the to do list. Nick gave me an affordable price for the 18' railing and removing the window guards. I'm extremely happy with Nick! He was thorough in communications, he was super professional in his delivery and he likely saved me a ton of money.
Nick and Alex arrived at our house right on time. What we thought was just for an estimate and perhaps measurements turned out to be the actual job of replacing and installing a new outside railing. Nick and Alex worked seamlessly together and completed the job with no flaws. We are impressed with our new railing as was our next-door neighbor who may have a job for Nick in the near future. We can't thank these 2 gentlemen enough for their outstanding work and recommend them to anyone looking for a new railing.
I would check all boxes if they let me. Nick is a great find for railing and most likely all your welding needs. Communication and response to my inquiry and questions was appreciated. Once agreed, work was completed in a matter of days, with one day on-site. Excellent work, very happy and recommend highly!
We needed to repair an older cast iron railing on our back deck. I thought it needed to be replaced, which would have been very expensive, plus the newer solutions just didn’t fit the style of our home. Nick came to provide the estimate and offered a repair option which was what we really wanted. We negotiated a price and set the date. He and his crew arrived on time and got to work. They replaced the members that had rusted away, and primed and painted the rest. They were done in a day as promised. Very satisfied with the results and the overall process. I highly recommend Nick for this type of work.
To be honest my outdoor staircase was in bad shape. After years of putting rock salt and poor weather, it had deteriorated. The thought of getting a whole new staircase in this economy made me nervous. After speaking with Nick - he gave me a few options and routes to take to restore it and I felt confident that he would tackle this job. He was reasonable and worked within my budget. I think my before and after photos speak for itself. Thank you so much Nick!!!
Nick responded to my inquiry immediately. He asked a few questions, asked for some pictures of my old railing, and three days later was at my house, fabricating and installing the new railing in 5 hours! The work is beautiful and the price reasonable. I give him the highest recommendation!
Excellent welds. Was a pleasure to work with.
From start to finish, Nick was very thorough about the process of welding my sons swing. Nick came an hour and a half away and was finished in no time. Would recommend 100% to anyone in need of any welding project, big or small!
