I reached out to this company on Tuesday for a quote and sent pictures etc. They messaged me and someone was to come out yesterday, and no show! I reached out this morning and they said someone would be by today before lunch. It’s 7:30 and never heard back again.

Reviews
They did a great job and went above and beyond at my house.
They arrived on time and did a great job on my yard . It looks so much better . They were also very responsive when I had questions . I would definitely recommend them.
Good communication, on time and they delivered exactly what I wanted. 100% satisfied.
Was looking forward to working with First Star based on all the positive reviews they received. They were very responsive when i first contacted them but never got back to me to schedule an appointment to look at our project. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident for them.
First week in a newly purchased home and the yard needed attention that I just couldn't provide. These guys made it out within a few days and did a great job!
