Sergei was exceptional. My dishwasher was throwing all kinds of error codes and not working. He was able to troubleshoot it quickly, get the replacement parts, and install them all promptly, all at a reasonable price. Happy to hire him again for any other of my appliance repairs.
The gentleman service was extraordinary came on time even offered same day service, but we chose to do the next day he came on time worked diagnosed figured out the issue gave me an exact estimate the part needed to be shipped so he gave me a time frame that he would return to complete the job two to three days shipping time I received the text the next day that the ship had arrived overnight so he came the very next day complete the job did it flawlessly completely happy with the service and would recommend him for future jobs thank you sir for all your hard work
At 08:00am this morning my wife discovered the dryer wasn’t working. I went to thumbtack in hopes to schedule something quickly. Within five minutes they sent a message to me to set an appointment and were at our property by 10:30am. Once he found the issue he quoted the price, it was excepted and before noon my dryer was as good as new. Thank you for great service!
