Sebastian came out and was super nice and after an out 15min and $164 he determined the belt needed to be replaced. Next I received a quote included the parts that were significantly more than the cost PLUS another $150 to just come back out. In most cases the diagnostic fee is applied towards the repair but not in this case. I feel like this is outrageous and confusing since so many others have had such great experiences. It would cost me $330 before any repairs are even completed! Is this just me?!?

Not only was Sebastian on time, he actually called to make sure he found the right apartment. He got to work right away and answered my random questions while he quietly did his job. He did an awesome job explaining what to pay attention to and made sure I tested my treadmill to show it was working!

Handled the move of the machine up a stairway, did an efficient and proper installation, and provided good information regarding on-going maintenance and use of the machine. Very professional job. Fitness Machine Technicians not only handles my treadmill install but made sure it was lubed and the belt was properly tensioned and aligned. They were very friendly. Prior to the appointment they answered several of my questions free of charge. I’ve already referred them to a friend. I would not hesitate to use again!
