Came for 1 job and completed another in same amount of time
All my questions were answered quickly and completely. Kevin's research and honesty helped me decide, on his recommendation, that I not put more money into my treadmill. While I'm disappointed it can't be repaired, I really appreciate the time taken to research my issue and the honest approach. If I ever do need work done, I'll be contacting Kevin first.
Quick communication over the app and an appointment scheduled within two days. The tech that came out was professional, polite, and efficiently solved the issue with my treadmill. Great first thumbtack experience.
I would click ALL 4 options for what I liked, but it only allows me to click three 🙂 I am not sure of the young lady's name who worked on my treadmill, however she was very quick and efficient and I definitely appreciate her work. And now I know if I have any issues, or equipment that I may need put together, I will definitely 100% contact you guys again. Thanks again!!
Lisa,& Cameron are the best. Punctual, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. They made sure we understood everything before they left.
Outstanding service arrived literally within a few hours and had me up and running in no time would use them over and over again
I contacted this company to repair our treadmill but he was not servicing our area. Thankfully he referred me to another provider who services Cleveland and not only was the repair completed quickly, Mark (service tech) gave some pointers on upkeep and services.
Justin was very polite and very professional and he really took the time to check out the problem
I was disappointed that Dick’s Sporting Goods basically told me I was on my own with regards to maintenance and disassembly of my one year old treadmill, but I was pleased that Fitness Machine Technicians showed up so fast to get my mammoth of a machine moved to the basement and serviced. They drove from Avon to Wadsworth and attended to my many last minute requests! Must I say, I am a mechanical Engineer myself and I was very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. The price quoted was the price paid, and I will be sure to contact them again next year for maintenance.
