Very happy with the installation of cameras for my business. I reached out on a Wednesday and the work was done a couple days later. Very knowledgeable about the cameras and showed me how to work them. Definitely recommend!
Outstanding work done by Brian and the Fixabit guys! Had a job where I needed 4 TVs mounted, 1 above fireplace, and 3 side by side in basement. 2 men completed the work, both very knowledgeable, capable and professional. They even came BACK to my house a week after the initial job to hang the largest TV for me (the one I had arrived damaged, they used it to make sure the mounting was done properly, once I received a replacement they came back and mounted it) FREE OF CHARGE. Going over what I requested and the options Fixabit could provide was straight forward and professional. Once I agreed to move forward with booking, they sent me a quote / estimate for the job, and I paid that amount upon job completion, no hidden fees or BS. Highly recommend using their services in the future.

Fixabit responded to my request, was accommodating and offered to help. Then they went silent and did not respond. This wasted a week of my time trying to get answers. As a consultant, this circumstance delayed business for me and cost me money. I solved my issues with another vendor.
I had a hard time finding a low voltage tech for my complicated old (1841) house internet. Brian came over and went through my ideas and refined them to reality, it was refreshing to have someone who wanted to help me but was straight up from the start. The work came out great and supply issues were solved with free upgrades rather then excuses. How can you not be happy with that? When I do my basement I know who to call.

They handled extensive project with 6 tvs, 8 camera security system and new audio system with great receiver amp and 6 speakers with utmost professionalism and perfect result for our cafe. Will work with them for my next cafe.

The installers did a great job they were efficient and knew what they were doing. The company fixed a bit is very easy to deal with and they quickly respond to your calls. I would highly recommend them for doing any work you need
I cannot speak to their quality of work because no one ever got back to me. I had a super easy job that I needed help with- punching down an already ran Ethernet connection. It was a 20 min job. Agreed on $100 as a service call fee “as long as I get a 5 star review” - actual quote from the company. I followed up with to verify time and date and ask if they need my address. Was told someone from their scheduling would text me. The day of the job comes and goes with no text. Of course I reached on here twice with no reply. I ended up calling a local electrician who came over same day and charged me $50. Took him 10 mins. If their work is anything like their communication skills and customer service, I’d stay away.
Poor communication
I had some ethernet cable runs done in my house. Everyone was great to work with! They were always in communication with me, they had the hard task of finding a way to run the cable from my office on the second floor down to the basement and they found a way! Friendly and pleasant!
Although I was unable to use one of the service colleagues this time just wanted to show my gratitude for the assistance I received today. The gentleman was kind, thoughtful an expert and patient. Thanks again! I will definitely be referring others and hope to call on your services in the future.
Excellent service. Excellent communication. The work completed was perfect. I can't recommend their service enough. Thru walked through every step with me. Told me what tools they were using, why they were using it. I couldn't be any happier with the completed. Highly recommend. The was mounting a tv.
