David was EXCELLENT! First, he responded INSTANTLY to my request (on a Sunday at 4:30 pm!) He arrived 40 minutes later, on a SUNDAY NIGHT, to fix a glitch with my treadmill. He spent two hours patiently trying to diagnose the problem. He eventually determined that a spare part was needed and refused to charge me for his time because he had not fixed the problem. (We did, finally, get it to work, and I tried to pay him more because he had spent so much time, but he insisted on honoring the original quote. )
i cant say thank you enough for them. they did a fantastic job. the communication from start to the end of the job was easy, they came and finish the job exactly on time, very professional. My gazebo looks exactly how i imagine it would be. Highly recommended.
They did an amazing job reassembling an error from a previous installer. Great rate, professional and timely. Will use them again in the future!
He never got back and said he would be available Wednesday December 3rd. This isn't the first time that there have been unethical and fraudulent so-called pros on this site. There was another pro just recently did a job did it incorrectly was supposed to return and fix the problem and never came back. This is constant. I have documentation from years back where there was nothing but unethical pros doing horrible work.
Send someone to actually complete the job and not take your money and run.
