Rick did everything and more than asked. he is the best!
The tech was awesome, he went to my 90 yr old grandmas home and helped her. I could not go, so I was super happy to find someone who responded with such positive manner. She said he was great. Thank you.
They came quickly and helped address my issue, plus a few more issues with my laptop that I had not even considered. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
