Mykhailo maintained excellent communication throughout the process, even asking for photos for locks I said were “standard.” He educated me the locks are actually different and, as a result, came fully prepared. I contacted them one Saturday night,I had a response in 20 minutes. He asked me when would I want t done, i sa8d tomorrow if possible. He said no problem...let me know when he was on his away and estimated arrival time. No BS around, he was done so fast. once completed, he was nice enough to send me pictures...my nephew is happy and so am I. Highly recommended. The work was done quickly and professionally. The handyman arrived on time, was very flexible with scheduling, and handled an older electrical setup without any issues. The wiring in my office was quite outdated and not something I could have managed on my own, but everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. Great value for the price, high-quality work, and very friendly to work with. I would definitely book again for future projects.
