work quality is goof and always has been. I have used this company before. professionalism would be sub par. I sent pictures and a description to the technician and they gave me a price of $200 for two jobs. He claimed to know what a recess light was and have the parts. when he arrived he said he can only complete 1 of the jobs at $140. it felt like a bait and switch. now I am looking for someone to complete the second light. I must say I am disappointed 😞

I hired Naveed from Fixophile for minor painting and to fix several doors that weren't closing properly. Unfortunately, his work left the door gaps so wide that bugs enter the house daily, leaving us to clean up after them constantly. I sent Naveed multiple pictures of the severe gaps and reached out repeatedly via phone and text to get this corrected, even offering to pay for additional labor and materials. Despite making repeated promises to return and repair the doors, Naveed consistently failed on his commitments and never showed up. While the minor paint work was okay, the incomplete and poor door repair created a major daily headache. I cannot recommend Fixophile due to poor workmanship, professionalism, commitments and a complete lack of follow-through communication.

Naveed did a wonderful job! He was polite, professional, and very respectful of my home—even taking his shoes off before coming inside. He worked efficiently, was easy to communicate with, and made the entire process stress-free. I’m very happy with his work and will definitely hire him again!

Naveed of Fixophile was very professional and good at his job. After seeing the size of the large computer desk, he was knowledgeable on what he needed to do to resolve the task. Essentially, he had to disassemble it and reassemble once it was move to the living room. I really appreciated his talent(s).

Naveed helped us install a new bathroom fan, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our old fan was extremely difficult to remove, but Naveed took on the challenge without hesitation and handled everything professionally from start to finish. The installation required multiple trips in and out of the attic, yet he remained patient, hardworking, and detail-oriented the entire time. It was clear from the quality of his work that he is highly skilled and experienced. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the process thoroughly, and made sure everything was done right. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work involved, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend Naveed and his business to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled service!
