I had a great experience. He responded quickly, was able to come out the same day, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was thorough, took the time to diagnose the issue, and clearly knew his way around these newer Wi-Fi-enabled grills—which are a lot more high-tech than I realized. It’s reassuring to know I have someone I can count on if I ever have grill issues again. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him for future work and highly recommend him to anyone needing grill repair.
