This was a great experience. I was able to get the appointment as quickly as possible. The original installer could not make the appointment. They quickly found a replacement who was awesome. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even helped me move the old appliance. I will definitely use FixTman again.
Cannot put into words how much I appreciate Henry. He was not sure what exactly he would be working with- but was willing to help if he could. I needed a mirror hung on the wall above the stairs leading to the basement. Henry’s experience and knowledge made this doable. He did an excellent job! **Note that I didn't select this pro for the work, just providing my interaction as I think the quote and my experience is relevant** Reached out for an estimate to install 6 heavy duty garage shelves. Initially quoted me ~$250 for the work. Sounded reasonable so went ahead with scheduling. After confirming scheduling they then reached out and said they had misquoted and it would ~$450. Potentially an honest mistake but needless to say rubbed me the wrong way and I did not move forward with the work as that seems quite expensive either way. Contractor was generally professional, communicative, and responsive just needs better attention to detail and mote competitive prices (I ended up getting multiple other quotes for around ~$200).

I would never use FixItMan again. My tricycle was left in a condition that it could not be used. See pictures. The handlebars and tire did not aline. The excuse the man gave was that someone else started the assembly. That is true, but he was hired to finish it correctly. Why would he leave a it so I could not ride it? Also, he had parts left over after the assembly. His explanation was that they didn’t go with the tricycle. What? Why would they have come with it if they weren’t needed. I am out a lot of money and there was no offer to fix it. Only excuses. Do not use this company!

This was my first time using thumbtack. I requested this service at 11:30am and they were at my house working by 1:30. We just moved and ordered a custom closet system from easyclosets.com that was taking way too long to install ourselves. The techs had it installed and done within 4 hours. They were amazing
