Ladies, please be cautious when hiring this company. The job I hired them for was not completed, and the man who came to my home was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this company.

Our technician was James Castro. He arrived within the appointment timeframe. He removed our old TV from an existing tv wall mount within seconds of arriving. He installed our new TV extremely fast. He was in and out of our house inside an 1 hour. We were very satisfied with our service and therefore had no problem giving the service we received 5 stars.
Well, I usually wouldn't have gone with a bigger vendor but I wanted my blinds installed fast and for an affordable price so decided to try FixTman. After the initial very easy booking, estimate, and confirmation of services I was then handed off to the local scheduler and issues began. First they told me they couldn't install at the time I'd booked the next day, then they tried to do same day (which I couldn't do), so I offered the following week and they said they couldn't install do the originally scheduled time. By this point I was sceptical that the installer would arrive during the scheduled window, though they technically did come in that window because they canceled on another client. The installer then installed 2-3 of the 7 blinds BACKWARDS so we had to ask them to fix it. They did with no complaints but the fixtures were all scratched from being installed the wrong way. Overall, I would not use FixTman again unless it was really an emergency. You get what you pay for I guess, but I am glad the blinds are installed. See photos of scratches.

Terrible service installer left mid job and never came back ! Leaving me without a hung microwave and taking away 1 of the important over shelf screws needed to complete . Unbelievable .. It was important that this microwave be hung before tomorrow’s owner walk and now that is for sure not installed as now all stores are closed. Class act .

Ivan Bailey completed the blinds install beautifully. He was congenial and professional. And he cleaned up after himself! I hope to work with him again sometime.
The workers were top notch. I’d highly recommend them. The only glitch was I was told to pay 20% up front and when my invoice came through, it had not been credited. I’d suggest not paying the amount up front and paying the full amount after job completion. Their system seems to work better that way.
When my worker showed up, he had all the tools he needed to complete the job. He wasn’t sure if the TV mount was going to work at first but with the special screws he had, it worked perfectly!! So happy to have my 50” mounted on my wall now!!

This company communicating at every step of the way. Gave me a good deal, when a tech couldn’t come they gave me a couple of options for other times to make it work with my schedule. The work got done and I’m pleased with it overall. I even asked for another curtain to be hung (I ordered it late, but it got here while he was working) and he worked with me and the office updated the invoice so it got done while he was here.
